Rude staff, disgusting pasta and all place just over priced. All good reviews are just counted for money. I will never believe that people who leaved 5 stars really think about that place something good. It is impossible. It is scam for tourists nothing else!

100 grams of disgusting pasta cost like gold. Extremely agressive staff and horrible service. This is the most disgusting place what ever I visit. More over they charged 8 euro more for the air.

We visited here on the recommendation of our Air BnB and it did not disappoint! It’s set in a beautiful location with steps going down to the lake, lots of people gather on the steps and drink wine which is lovely! The restaurant don’t take...reservations, so you need to get your name on the list before 9pm to get a table for that evening! They have a wine bar just opposite so we enjoyed a glass in there whilst waiting for our table, it was lovely. Very reasonably priced, and one of the only places we managed to have a three course meal each, with a bottle of wine for under 100€! The waiters are attentive and friendly, would recommend this to anyone staying in Bellagio!More

This restaurant had a bit of a gathering around the steps, people drinking wine & waiting for a table. We were lucky enough to get the last table for the evening and waited on a cushion on the steps beside and were able to order...a wine from the wine bar opposite. We waited maybe a half hour and chatted with others doing the same so was an enjoyable wait. When we got out table the waiters were attentive and friendly and we ordered straight away. Our meals arrived quickly are were delicious. I had the Osso Buco and my husband had the Chicken cacciatore which was so tender and cooked to perfection. The prices were very reasonable also, 13-15 euro for our mains. 4 euro for a local house wine. We would definitely recommend to anyone and if you have to wait for a little while it will be worth it in the end. Enjoy a vino & view while you do!More

A short walk up the hill from waterfront. Popular. Excellent for people watching from it’s corner location, whether sitting or out. The food was good; not great, but reasonably priced. Pleasant staff. I would go there again.

We were 2 adults and a 1 year old child. We were standing at the entrance for 5 minutes and all 3 staff members were ignoring us. So we had to turn around and search for better place. Children are not welcomed in this place!

Small restaurant with excellent food and service. The Servers and Chef spoke English, so easy to order and ask questions.

We had a lovely meal in this popular restaurant. Every night of our trip we saw people queuing to get a table and so came for our last night of our trip. The food was great, good prices and good service. We also could see...into one of the kitchen areas and it was spotlessly clean.More

Found this place thanks to its reviews online and really enjoyed it! Delicious food, pleasant prices, very friendly staff. People are lining up to have dinner so keep that in mind. Would definitely go again if ever in Bellagio!

The best authentic italian food in Bellagio! Great service, good wine and the food was awesome! Be there when they open, there are few tables and alot og people waiting for seats.

Service was horrible. People seated after us had their orders taken and food delivered before we even ordered. Had to practically beg one of the waiters to take our order. After that, the food did come quickly. The food was just average, I had fettuccini...a ragu. I’ve had much better ragu sauces in Italy.More

Had lunch here on a day outing to Bellagio. Started raining so we stopped here. First it was full up and we returned a little while later and they had a place available outside. Service was ok and sort of friendly. Food came quickly and...was typical trattatoria food and tasty but simple. The pasta with dried fish sauce was good but was basically pomodoro with some small pieces of dried dish added. The ragu was nothing special but good. Portions were small. Good wine list and fairly priced. Advice is to check out the selection of restaurants above the port and the side stairways and then choose one.More

Tasteless food, undercooked rice, inflexible staff and small portions. Our first food disappointment in Italy.

Amazing!! Not one of those tourist traps. Truly good food. They make the pasta next to the restaurant. Great ambiance as well.

We had dinner at the Trattoria San Giacomo on a very busy night in September. The service was attentive, and the food was delicious. In particular, the waiter recommended an excellent wine to accompany our meal and it was actually one of the better value...wines on the list, which I always think is the sign of a very knowledgeable sommelier!More
