Salice Blu is located a bit of a walk uphill, in the town of Bellagio. Because of it's unique location, Chef Luigi actually stepped away from his kitchen and came to pick us and one other couple up for dinner! He is incredibly friendly and charismatic. Once seated, he came to our table to give us his personal recommendations. The... More

We stumbled onto this restaurant because we started collecting the dinner plates from restaurants in a certain society. Wow did we get lucky here. We didn't have a reservation and knew the restaurant would pick us up in town. While shopping at Azalea we asked if they would call for us. The gal helping us was Luigi's cousin so no... More

This place is slightly out of town but we enjoyed walk. Chef Luigi came to table to explain the menu in very good English. It's Michelin star quality both in service and food. We ate lunch here and didn't have to book but would think you'd need to for dinner. All courses were fresh, tasty and special. Extensive wine list... More

I can't rave like everyone else but we had a good meal. A bit pricey but we are in Bellagio. A beautiful walk from Bellagio and away from the crowds. My biggest complaint was the zucchini blossom risotto. It had Gorgonzola in it and that should be listed in the description. We don't like Gorgonzola and never would have ordered... More

Local food, much of it farm to table. Great selection of food and wine, with the chef personally coming out to explain the menu as well as each course. We rotated plates as we all wanted to try what others ordered. Lovely place with an incredible staff. Would highly recommend it.

This restaurant is very special. Luigi the chef puts every effort into all details - the welcome, the menu, the service and the delivery. He came to pick us up from our hotel and take us home again which was very kind. His menu is well crafted and features local and Sicilian ingredients, which he sources himself. This is his family... I saw this place while driving by and thought we might try it out. There's three nice restaurant w/in 0.2km of each other here, and this one is the furthest south. There were five adults and one baby here (they have high chairs). The chef is very friendly, and since they weren't too busy he came out a lot to... More

With so many places to choose from in Bellagio we stumbled across Salice Blu on our last day. Our first two choices of restaurant this evening were booked, of course as are nearly all restaurants in Bellagio with any kind of lake view. We stumbled across this restaurant by accident and could not have walked away more replete and happy.... More

Chef Luigi is the quintessential host of this lovely restaurant that is a must visit. He personally comes out of the kitchen to take your order, offer guidance and answer any questions you may have We were brought a complimentary appetizer of fresh salad with bacon that was delicious. We started with mama's garden salad featuring tomatoes, arugula, pineapple and... More

Chef Luigi invite you to Salice Blu Restaurant for lunch and dinner, during the summer season and the winter season. It is possible to have lunch and dinner in the pergola terrace and in the back of the restaurant, if you'd like to see, we have an aromatic and vegetables garden. The menu is 100% Italian, with fresh fish from our lake and fresh hand-made pasta. To have a good table, it is good having a reservation and if you'd like Chef Luigi can pick up you in Bellagio. Every day chef Luigi does Private Cooking Lesson.
