This restaurant is packed with locals everyday, all the time! We were so lucky that we found this place. Out of our 6 days stays in Santa Margherita we ate most of our meals here once we tried the food. Classic dishes executed perfectly! Fresh ingredients, generous portions, cooked and served with love. Staff friendly and service very efficient although... More

Local restaurant which is off the beaten track of the waterfront, but always full of people appreciating great pasta and pizza. Service was not so great, friendly but had to wait a while to be served but think that is because they are understaffed rather than inefficient. Saying that, every table was full, which speaks for itself!

Very happy with this place as recommended to us. Seafood was good- kids ordered spag vongole and frito misto. We ordered fish of the day in 2 guises. Together with a litre of house wine and deserts came to 85 euro. Tip: get there early to avoid disappointment !

Very few tourists, mostly locals. It is definitely worth the walk to experience fairly simple, but excellent Italian cooking. The service was quite smooth too. Best thing is the price. It's around HALF PRICE of the seafront restaurants ! We dined there twice. Once for 40 Euro, once for 47 Euro. That's for 2 people with wine !

San Siro is a place away from the sea front and so, undeservedly less well known then some of the tourist-oriented eateries. I spend a lot of time in Liguria, so I enjoy finding places where I can eat well in the company of locals. This is just that kind of place, and you can walk there in ten minutes... More
