This was the best Food I had on my italy trip this year. This is a simple Osteria with Food that deserve a star. Aside the City Center and between the locals I ate the best fish dishes of my life. We started with Appetizers. All made with fish. First I was skeptic about the fish paste, but I never... More

great quality food in this restaurant and i was surprised also by the price , rather cheap for the quality of food you get. Place is very busy specially in the evening so it is necessary you make a reservation. the only thing i did not appreciate much: the waitress was not friendly at all and almost annoyed when asked... On the coast you expect great seafood, but to have it cooked so perfectly is amazing. It was great the first time, so we decided to go back and see if they could match the perfection, no problem it was perfect. You have to try this restaurant even if you can only have one dinner in the city.

There is no menu, but the waiter comes to your table. He guessed from our undecisive wishes what he could bring us and brought us the best dishes of seafood we had eaten in a long time. Very artsy, nice place. Amazing food. And the story about Bartali is just so Italian and so cute. We went there twice during... More

We drove into La Spezia on a Monday teatime. Found this restaurant on Trip Advisor. Luckily they had a table for us. They didn't have a menu but the chef cane out and asked what we liked etc. We agreed on the starter and mains and had some wine. The fishy starters were like little tapas dishes, fish 7 ways.... Everything delicious. In the very city centre, steps from the sea, this small restaurant offer a nice, posh venue with some tables outside. A family business, it works. Father, mother and daughters all involved in kitchen and service. Menu is focused on fish, off course, with a local touch and local wines are not missing. We tried nice paccheri with... More

We stayed in La Spezia for two days. On our 1st night we tried to book dinner in this restaurant but it was already full. So, we decided to make the reservation for the next night. We were really happy to have tried this restaurant: for the food, for the service and for the place itself, which was very well... More
