We were recommended by our host to dine there and it was really delicious and the price wise is very reasonable. Raviolis very good n pesto is very tasty , we were told to eat mussels for which this region is famous for n they cooked very simple but yet done so well , very good indeed!

We felt very welcomed, Simona and her husband are wonderful hosts. The hostaria is situated above La Spezia with a wonderful view of the city. I recommend the muscles (cozze) for both the primo and secondo, the small cozze served with the homemade tagliatelle were delicious. Also had the antipasto with the fried baccala which was perfectly fried and very... More

My husband and I recently took the cooking class here and it was one of our most memorable moments on our Italian vacation. Simona was a wondeful teacher and the pasta and pesto we prepared was delicious. The highlight was the unexpected way we were served our creations following the class. We were treated as very special guests where we... More

I have just had the most amazing italian cooking experience. Simona shared with me her knowledge and passion of preparing classic italian pasta and pesto. I got to enjoy meeting her amazing family and enjoying food afterwards that I help prepare. The food tastes are amazing the best I've enjoyed in Italy. This should be a priority for you to... More
