Although this small restaurant looks unassuming from the outside and you have to ring the doorbell to gain admittance, once inside you're in for a culinary treat. Menu is entirely seafood based and is high end cooking elevating it above the excellent trattorias we've enjoyed across Liguria. Attentive staff, amuse bouche and an least seven different types of freshly made... More

I have to say what a fabulous place to eat....the chef has the touch of a genius when combining fish dishes and the skill and presentation are first class. Front of house is no different.....decor is simple and knowledge of the staff regarding the menu and wine is spot on. If you are ever in Genoa this is the place... More

We had great eating in general in Genoa but this was just outstanding. You can not tell the wonderfulness of the restaurant from outside but once you start dining, the place becomes magical. We ordered chef's 5 course + dessert menu which came with various of delicious bread made by the chef. Every dish was culinary art. I wished I was... More

Hard to find with a very non description entrance but inside what an experience. There are only about 30 seats do make sure you book. Al a carte or degustation available. We had the degustation and it was superb. And reasonably priced for what you get. Treat yourself.

It has to be without a doubt one of the best dining experiences I had. The food is amazing because the products are of the highest quality. The chef in this restaurant is great. He truly cares about what he does. This restaurant offers a regular menu, but also you can choose to have a dinner that consists of one... More

A small restaurant , downtown Genova , easy to find with a fine dining. All Menù is dense of original dishes and fresh ingredients. It cannot be defined a regional restaurant , they have a good selection of wines, defenitely a place to go.

This small restaurant with only a few tables can be hard to find as it is not advertised much but even so even more worth a visit. The chef is a great gourmet magician and everything taste as great as it looks. Even the bread while waiting for the food to be served is an experience of quality and pure... More

We saw the reviews and tried to find it...to say the entrance is understated is an understatement. Barely visible signs on a nondescript corner in typically dirty Genoa. The staff were super welcoming to our non-Italian speaking tourist persona. We were offered a complimentary glass of prosecco as we had arrived with no reservation and a table would be 10-20... I do recommend to book the table in advance though we were served without advance booking. The food was excellent and everything was very well matched: startes, wine, main dishes, etc. Staff was really pleasant and caring. One of the best dinner places in Italy even.

The modest exterior should not fool you in to thinking this is anything other than a quality restaurant serving food of the highest standard. We were the first customers of the evening and were met personally by the Chef to help us navigate the menu. This personal touch continued throughout our meal despite the restaurant filling up with diners. We... More
