Bright lights, very average food, very low quality wine. If you are looking for low price for average food this might work for you.

We followed the good recommendations from tripadvisor on this restaurant and were more than disappointed. Quite frankly this restaurant is meant just for tourists... As they wont come back anyway If you want to read the entire text - here is the summary: stay out !!! Waste of time and opportunity to eat good italian food somewhere else.... Starting with... More

The staff at Perico were extremely friendly and attentive. We ordered a starter each - the smoked salmon salad and an insalata caprese. Both were generous and delicious. We wanted to have pesto whilst in Genoa so ordered the lasagna pesto and gnocchi pesto which again were large portions and tasted great. Definitely worth a look as a safe option... More

The restaurant is nicely located in downtown Genoa. Food was good, but perhaps a bit too salty. We were not able to taste the Minestrone Genovese we were looking for. The explanation was that it's not available in the summer time (that was strange because other restaurants served it without any problems).

It was very good and we arrived at midnight and they were really nice and friendly. The seafood was great, pasta a bit less.

My friend and I found this petit restaurant here on trip advisor. The food is real wonderful and the portion is BIG! We had a GREAT GREAT time and had a long chat with the friendly wife of the chef. The seafood and the taste are much better than the one we went later in Portofino... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Superb food at excellent prices. Down a pedestrian side street off Via Paulo Emilio Bensa, but well worth finding. Try the mixed seafood antipasto for starters - a visual feast before you even taste it.

We found this place from tripadvisor and it definitely deserves its high ranking. The food was fantastic, staff was lovely, restaurant is tucked away down a back street but is nice inside. Would go again.

We ate here our last night in Genoa and were sorry we didn't find it before. I had an excellent lobster linguini dish! The lobter was huge and the sauce was incredible. My husband had a huge piece of swordfish that was also excellent! The owner was so sweet even gave us gifts from her homeland of China! A must... More
