Local recommendation guided us to this great restaurant. Prices super reasonable and especially tomato sauce and crust were from different planet. So good! Atmosphere was special, owner welcomed personally all guests to restaurant. Overall great dinner!
The best pizzas! Lovely atmosphere and adorable owners who genuinely want you to enjoy and have the best experience. Priced ridiculously reasonable
What a shambles. We were there when they opened at 7.00pm and still waited over 90minutes for a pizza. And then the pizza was so bad with tons of tomato paste and little else. Don’t even think about coming here you will be bitterly disappointed
A very decent place at the heart of the city. A small corner of resistance against high prices and "coperto" that dominate italian restaurants and pizza places. Very friendly owners with delicious pizza in a home-like environment. Glad that such places still exist!
We love this place !!! Great ovners !!! The best pizza we have ever eaten! Love love love ! The place is very cozy and the special ! We told everybody about that pizzeria !
Especially recommend trying diavola. They serve wine from plastic cups and have disposable cutlery. The pizza was amazing though, would definetely go again? Lovely and helpful owner too.
After having tried a lot of pizzerias in many parts of Italy, this one stands out as a negative experience. Friendly owners, but they served mediocre pizza with a crust which was not properly baked (all pizzas were white and doughy underneath) after we had...waited nearly an hour. And the tiny place was not even full. Genoa has much better pizza to offer. Very cheap, which matches the plastic cutlery and the cardboard «plates».More
The place looked ok, cheap but warm. We sat in a cramped corner and waited more than one hour for our pizzas. The waiting time was the same for all there, no differences. All plastic cutlery, no frills whatsoever. The pizza was terrible, really well...below average (I'm italian), and presented in a carton box. Paid some 8€ each, and I felt it was too much. Dear foreign tourists, that is not what a good pizza is.More
After a long day in lovely Genova, we came across this pizzeria. Husband and wife team with great welcoming smile from the first step. We know very little Italian but with help, we had what we really enjoyed and could feel the goodness of the...ingredients. Genova is a great little city where you can really feel and taste Italian. Thank you for your hospitality we will be back again❤️More
The place is little but very cosy, you can see them making the pizza in front of you. The taste is amazing. We are all very happy. Thank you !
Almost an hour I with my mother was walking through city and found this. Cozy place, tasty pizza and amazing owners :)
We enjoyed the casual family atmosphere. You could tell the owner knew most clients by name. Certainly not a pretentious place. I think each pizza we ordered was only €5 euros which was a great value for the quality. English menu available.
Family run business with both husband / wife behind the counter making fresh pizzas as the orders are placed; the pizza's are cooked in a wood oven; the place offers a wide variety of pizza's - and they also have an English menu which was...awesome. The owners barely speak English - but very warm. They are all thin pizza's - quite large and very inexpensive (under 7 euros). Unfortunately, this place only opens at 7pm for business (dinners only) - and though we got there early, as we were eating our pizza which took about 30 minutes to prepare - people were waiting for a table. And, this was a week night. I would highly recommend the place to anyone who likes pizza. I told my husband that I would like to go back once before we leave Genoa.More
This cosy place is only working in the evening and is a family business. Pizzas are very fresh and cannot be beaten on price (€5.50-6). It is a very much self service place but has an excellent atmosphere. We did try to return but it...was always busy which is a good sign.More
