In the lower part of Riomaggiore, the outdoor tables are arranged along a romantic downhill road that leads to the water, almost a large slide between moored boats and picturesque houses. Seriousness in the kitchen as in the service accompany seafood dishes in traditional recipes, mostly Ligurian.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal of pasta and seafood on the deck overlooking the harbor. WE WERE KEPT WARM AND TOASTY BY THE HEAT LAMPS, AND ENJOYED The seafood appetizers and delicious local wine wine.

A great dining experience under the heat lamps just meters from the marina. The antipasti was delicious and the pasta with seafood was out of this world. Highly recommended.

Really fresh seafood, we started with oysters on the half shell and scallops and both were excellent. We also did mixed fried seafood, and it was fresh and really great flavor. We also had pasta dishes and dessert, along with wine and prosecco.

This may not be the greatest restaurant for you. The entire menu is seafood. Literally. There is only one dish (pasta with pesto sauce) on there without seafood. There are no other meat dishes or vegetarian dushes offered.

I believe reservations are only made by phone or in person. We were lucky and got a table immediately. You can try going by the day before to make the reservation in person or ask the staff at the place you are staying to... More
