We paid 4€ for an espresso, a macchiato and unfriendly service. Even for Monterosso expensive. Never again

Great little Bar on the main street in Monterosso. If you enjoy people watching then this is the place for you. Watch the locals enjoying their passeggiata (Stroll) whilst you enjoy the local vino.

I was hesitant to eat here after seeing the average was only 3 star reviews but I’m glad my experience was positive! My boyfriend and I decided to eat here after a long day and very little research done as to where to eat. Some...reviews were bad, food is good, they had a 15€ tourist deal that included first and second course. Honestly, food in Italy is just so amazing that people have huge expectations but it’s REALLY hard to get a bad experience. Worth the price, servers were very friendly!More

Very lively little bar with good service. Enjoy the buzz and the italian "Passeggiata" as all the locals and tourists come out for their evening stroll. The food was alright but best washed down with a bottle of the local vino.

You can pick your food inside and step across the lane to the covered seaside seating area for a nice meal. There are many delectable choices for breakfast, and the cappuccinos are great.

Good selection of wine. Poor atmosphere. Dire service. Left after waiting at the table, then being ignored at the bar - made a move to leave which caused an order to be taken - a further wait at the table for twenty minutes with several...Meaningful Looks made at the passing waitress to no avail. Finally got up and left, passing all four staff having a cigarette at the door. Hugely unimpressive. Pity!More

We came here for a quick breakfast before hiking the Monterosso to Vernazza hiking trail. The coffee and pastries were delicious, and services was great!

We were there for a quick lunch before leaving Cinque terre to Florence. We picked this restaurant as it’s near to our hotel. THE EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE. It ruined our Cinque terre trip I would say. Service was the worst. Rude staff! We had been...asking the lady to take the order for more than 15 minutes but she just ignored us. She came back to us and told us that WE ARE SUPPOSED TO WAIT PATIENTLY! She then asked us to ORDER AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE as she seems busy. We were shocked and mad speechlessly. Anyway we didn’t leave as we were in a hurry. The food was OK but service is as bad as sh_t. THANK YOU BAR GIO FOR GIVING ME AN UNFROGETTABLE DINING EXPERIENCE IN MONTEROSSO!More

The salat was kind of boring, but the pasta was really good and spicy. The waitress was really nice and funny despite her being really busy. The menu was in English and the staff spoke very well English 🙌🏻
