We were seated in Barabba but not offered drinks and after 10 minutes of waiting I went to get some water as our waitress seems preoccupied with other guest. The place was half empty and it was around 9pm. I was given the plastic bottle to take with me to the table. There were no glasses on the table and... More

My partner came here last year with her girlfriends and had the spaghetti with prawns and lemon. So when we came to Italy this year it was on our must revisit list. The lemon pasta is really wonderful and we also tried one of their original pizza's called 20 auguste, named after the date it was created. One of the... More

We were just wondering around and decided to have a beer and some Jack Daniels for a afternoon toddy. We had such a great time relaxing here that we came back two more times. The food was great, the owner was treating us like family and the staff was super efficient. You can tell the staff like working there as... More

Almost empty should have been a warning. The staff sitting down should have been a warning. Being told that it was Pizza only should have been a warning. Yet we two fools wanted pizza with a sea side view for dinner. The pizza is mediocre at best. Quality of produce is substandard, to use pre cut jarred olives (in a... More

After a long day of hiking, my wife and I were starved. We wanted something good, with a view, and not a billion dollars. Stumbled upon this place. Meat sauce was very good, service was ok. But the view was incredible. Come just as the sun sers behind the cliffs for the day and watch the cliff jumpers in the... More

My daughter Marianne and I arrived in Monterosso and found a lovely hotel and then we went in search of something to eat. We found Barabba right at the end of our street, only a three minute walk The restaurant is right on the sea and it has a great view. We were warmly greeted by Dino and Laura, the... More

We stopped in for a glass of wine and my brother ordered lasagna as he was hungry. It was the worst lasagna he has ever had in all his travels around the world. The good thing is they gave us a complete refund. My SIL and I shared a pizza is was just ok in the land of of wonderful... More
