We came as a party of six adults and three children....and we were comfortably seated and warmly welcomed. We had a variety of dishes including a seafood soup, pastas, risotto, and salads. All were tasty and plentiful. The only partially negative comment was the seafood soup. It is prepared with five different types of local fish. Some of the fish... More

After searching for a place for dinner on our trip to Monterosso we came across this cosy place in a tiny back alley. Wonderful, romantic, very friendly staff and good local sea food.

I would say this place is great on the outside and has mediocre food overall. The service on the other hand is terrible. Much like many other of the establishments here, they count on guaranteed clientele with tourists and limited selection. Pick somewhere else!

Have been here for the last 4 years - lovely restaurant in a small back alley in old part of Monterosso. Very welcoming - you can eat inside or outside(need to book) on small wooden tables which is great being in fresh air if a little cramped - ok for 2, Food excellent - had a lovely seafood risotto but... We had booked a table & got an outside table, which was great. We shared the seafood anti pasti, which came out not as expected. Basically boiled/steamed fish & a couple of baby prawns with some celery. No seasoning to speak of, we had to ask for oil and salt. Very bland & boring. The seafood ravioli was the other... More

We took seafood risotto (15€/person and minimum 2 person sharing) It was really good, a lot of different seafoods. Little bit spicyer than normally which was great. Big portion. Service was friendly. Would recommend!

We sat at a lovely table in the alley and it was a beautiful evening which may have enhanced our experience but we really enjoyed our meal here. We had proseco to start with the lemon sardines and then a nice red wine with the seafood ravioli and swordfish. Each course was delicious, we did ask that the swordfish not... More

Seafood pasta was to die for and Gnocchi were amazing as well. The staff was really friendly. We were able to order free tap water and got to pay "separato". Coming back really soon!:)

This simple restaurant in the ally will challenge your personal space, but the dish I had was great. I do not normally order the anchovies, but being in the Cinque Tierra region, it is a mandatory dish to try. The dish comes out baked with anchovies, potatoes and tomatoes. It was very good with a little local white wine. Thumbs... More

I came here twice during my Montorosso visit. The food was great and the first time I felt so welcomed and comfortable. I was a little sad when the second time I was told they didn't want one person sitting alone at the two seater tables outside and that I would have to sit inside. There were four 2-seater tables...
