Some places offer a 10% discount if you stay there to this place, however, the food is not great. Service lacks by a long margain and what you think you save by 10% is taken up in "cover charge". Try the other places instead. Many good ones.

Very average place with not fresh seafood and prices that bred resentment even with the expectations we had as tourists. Indifferent service.

This restaurant was referred to us as a great value and reliable good meal. The waitress suggested the fish soup, and it was amazing! Atmosphere and service was great, highly recommended.

In a charming tiny alley opposite the Wonderland bakery you'll find a super surprise for a chilled out lunch minus the usual focaccias and pizzas. Service excellent, seafood ravioli scrumptious and ambience a plenty. Would dine here again when next in Monterosso.

We were happy with the food - fish soup was excellent and fish ravioli was also very tasty. Prices are on an average side. Service was good.

We ate here twice. Loved the food. The manageress made great efforts to teach us a bit of Italian and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience on both occasions.

Nice meal . Ravioli with seafood good, insalate ok , bread stale looked 1-2 days old. Tiramisu great. Wine nice, beer ok. Would have complained about bread if we knew there was a €5 cover charge each. Average won't go again .

We went here for dinner one evening and had a pleasant, quick service and very reasonably priced dinner. The menu has a lot of sea food options, so great for those after that. Meat options are more limited.

The restaurant is quaint and really cute but the staff is none too friendly, at least when we went for dinner. The service was good and the stuffed mussels in red sauce, cooked to boiling in a crock, were excellent!! The restaurant is on a quiet little side street, cozy with no view.

We got off the boat with hundreds of other tourists all looking for a place to have lunch. We wandered around and found many restaurants already fully booked or without interest. Then we came across the Al Carugia. All tables inside and out were occupied. We were told if we could wait a while they could take care of us... More
