The restaurant is one of many in a strip of informal restaurants from the town center to the sea. It is an fun place with hardworking, good-natured staff. The surprise was how good the fish was--easily the best we had in Italy. You don't have to seek out "fine dinning" to get really great food.

My husband and I had a delicious meal here on our first night in Cinque Terre. Excellent seafood stew, octopus and fresh grilled fish. It's a nice spot in the center of town and no reservations needed. We returned for lunch one day and found the pizza to be only OK so would only recommend it as a dinner spot... More

Popped into the bar for lunch. Was excellent. Same menu as the restaurant but less expensive. Fish is local and very fresh. We lucked out on this one!!

Lovely location, good service. Delicious, home-made meals! Went back twice it was so nice. Can recommend sea bass and/or seafood risotto. Good choice of wines too. Very reasonable prices.

I had lunch here with my wife and two 16 year old boys. We arrived as the lunchtime peak was waning and got a table straight away, but expect a 15 minute wait at peak times. Starters were all Bruschetta, there are four varieties and we chose the pesto and the tuna. All were excellent. Mains included Bacon and Brie... More

Situated in the busiest part of the little main street, this is a great spot for lunch or dinner. Best to book and ask for a table outside. One can relax in a cool setting with a glass of wine and watch the passing parade. The service is good an the food is excellent. They have quite an extensive menu... More

Great service and atmosphere. Food was delicious. Wine selection matching menu. Exciting and creative presentations. We had 3 dishes - 2 adults and 2 children, everyone was really satisfied. Interesting selection of espresso, try the Cuban or Mexican! Chocolate and Grappa on the house! Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

We're staying in manarola and have a child who is coeliac. They were unable to provide any gluten free options which is fine, but then would not allow us to bring something in small for our young son to eat, all of this after we were seated. Disappointing attitude, particularly given how hospitable everyone else has been.
