Walk on. This is a tourist trap. The bread was dry, the chicken was fried (even though it didn’t say in the meny) and it was more dough than chicken. Sorry but really bad quality food.More

...and boy is it ever. We arrived in Corniglia a bit late for lunch at 2:30. I wanted to book lunch at Mananan for the following day but they were booked all week. We were starving so I saw a review that Buongustaio is a...less stressful experience so we made a beeline. We were greated by the most wonderful host/waitress Valeria who is amazing at a young age speaks 5 languages. She was unbelievable at getting our table, drinks and order quickly because we were starving after our hike from Manarola. The food, typical spaghetti with seafood and mussels marinara with house white was the best we had in 5terre on this trip. Finally a relaxing uncomplicated meal with great staff. If you don't know where to go, now you do!More

The owner/manager of the restaurant was irritated already when we were seated and at the end of the evening his temper span out of control. He mixed up our orders, became rude when we wanted to order more food and when we wanted to pay...with credit cards he started to insult and scream at us, shouting that he won't pay the transaction fees and that we have to pay in cash. Very unprofessional and flat out rude.More

Lunch visit in this populair cinque terre village with a lot of restaurants, but this one is the one you want if you like high quality food in a touristic populair location. Had tasty mixed fried fish dish with various local small sea food. Side...dishes simple but good! Very friendly and prompt service!More

Fresh seafood! The spaghetti with seafood was amazing. Fresh and perfectly spiced. Ate every bite. It is a bit pricey but worth it. There was a generous amount of seafood in the dishes. Highly recommend while in Cinque Terre.

Service good wine good food good. Bread not great but you don’t order that so who cares. Toilets clean service seating area and place that you are seated are real good. GET THE BOLOGNESE best pasta I’ve had in Italy!!!!!!! SO GOOD. Pesto good too.

Hidden off the street with only a sign to direct you. Delicious pasta and breads. Seafood so fresh especially the mussels. A must after walking Cinque Terre

I can't stress this enough: spend your time in Corniglia anywhere else. At least, stay away from the "polpo e patate", disappointing 18 Euro dish. My wife ordered pasta with shrimp: 15 Euro for an overcooked pasta and 2 (two) shrimps. Seriously. Staff was friendly,...though. I'm sure the owner will reply to this in a rude manner, as he/she did in other reviews. But trust me: I had some not-so-great meals in Italy, this was the worst.More
