We have eaten here often and they have delicious Northern Tuscan food. The baccala fritto (deep fried cod bites) is especially noteworthy, as well as the testaroli. We would highly recommend trying this diversion from the standard proscuitto and tortelli of Parma.

We saw this restaurant in yet another little side street in Parma, although it looks small there are ample tables inside without be over crowded. They offer food which is not from Parma area. The staff are very informative and they speak English far better...More
During my last stay in Parma, I had both lunch and dinner at the enoteca. The food was really delicious and the knowledge of food and wine among the staff was very good and valuable. Definately a place to come back to!
