This is by far the largest piece--meaning the thickest--piece of pizza we've ever found in all our travels. For 9E, we asked how big the slice was, wondering if we should split it (I am a small eater). He indicated what we thought was a normal slice--we never thought to ask how thick! I stopped by as I heard they have a different pizza , very good thick pizza and so on...I turned out to be just a thick slice of normal pizza, with fresh topping put on top just in front of you; this is the only difference. We just bumped into this pizzeria after a long journey and an empty stomach. Despite being almost midnight, we were still greeted inside and given a table. The place was bustling with guests. We stopped in on a Saturday night. It was early (around 7 pm) and the place was empty, but after seating one other couple the guys at the counter were turning people away, telling people who phoned or walked in that they were fully booked for the evening.
