We enjoyed with a group of five a great local lunch. The Parma cuisine is one to really enjoy. Very authentic, local and honest food. A must when you are around.

A beautiful setting, excellent service by Salvo, we were a group of 14 people (Reunion of my husband Liceo Classico Friends), all getting wonderful food in this fine restaurant! The meaning of I Tri Siochett is the three fools! But, this is a non-foolish, very serious restaurant.

I found the recommendation for this restaurant on the internet and decided to visit it on my way through Parma. The restaurant was full of people, but the service was great (we didn't wait to long, we get good recommendation from the waiter what to eat). Food was perfect! The meal and the dessert, everything was perfect! So perfect that... More

I live in Parma and it is one of the Restaurant I always like to go back again. It has one of the best “Prosciutto crudo di Parma” and so many dishes for everyone. I am vegetarian and there is not only pasta with tomato sugo, but so many delicious entries and other dishes! When you go the first time,... More

My husband and I enjoyed this restaurant, and I think we were the only Americans there, a real rarity during our trip through Italy! Be sure to try to tortelli and the pork with apricots!

I loved the salumi and the handmade pasta. Good service, a little loud perhaps - it's the South, right? - but really, really nice food. The Lambrusco de Monte delle Vigne, a completely new view on Lambrusco. Excellent!

I've visisted the restaurant a week night and was anyway very full; I did hear positive feedback indeed while visiting Parma. Perhaphs I was expenting too much , anyway service was OK , while every dishes we tried was just normal . Some good things, but nothing extraordinary. I believe an average restaurant , with just good built buzz.

We have been in this reastaurant for dinner, actually came earlier then the opening time. Located out of town, with own car park, siting in the middle of green green grass. Dinner was really tasty and fabulous, All members of the family enjoyed what they have had. Vine list was good enough and chef was very creative. Very good food,... More

The place was very nice and friendly. The primo risotto was fantastic. The dessert was also very good. The Lambrusco of the house was very average and the meat with "fragola" was too special for a business dinner.
