Delicious sourdough bread, excellent quality coffee, several mixes available, and friendly and helpful staff in a relaxed and cool atmosphere. Several wines also available but it was too early to try them!

On our way to Bologna Centrale for a day in Verona, made a pit stop for caffe and cornetto. Gigantic cornetto. Not the McNugget-sized croissant wanna be we get in the states. Behind the counter service with a smile that warms the heart on a...cold cold day. We will mos def come back. A must go to on our travel list to Bologna.More

The focaccia and pizza here are some of the best I've had, with a wide selection. The staff are amazing - great energy and ready to help. They even remembered me on my second visit after a few days.

We jumped in here twice during a stopover in Bologna. We had coffee, croissants, pain au chocolat and a couple of local pastries. Everything was of excellent quality, at really reasonable prices. Staff were very friendly and welcoming - we heard them speaking fluently with...customers in Italian, Spanish and English (which was excellent!). Close to the train station, Bologna Centrale - highly recommended!More

Amazing experience! Both coffee and the food were deliciouuus! We had a tasty V60, an espresso Completo Specialty and a Flat White paired with a wonderful Arancia jam, butter and bread. It was just perfect! Very friendly staff, great music and cozy place. I highly...recommend it!More

This is a gorgeous little cafe (coffee bar) just off Via Dell'indipenzia, close to Gelataria 49, where you should also go! The V6 coffee was the best my husband had whilst in Italy (Bologna/Parma), and the pastries and biscuits were absolutely delicious. But better than...all that was Monica, the lovely girl who served us. She was so patient and kind, didn't hesitate to recommend things to us and was generally incredibly charming and genuine. I can't praise her highly enough! If you don't go here during your trip, you will be missing out!More

The bread, slices of pizza and all food on offer are vert tasty but prices arr very high. Slice of tiny pizza margherita € 2.10, bread prices are around €7/8 per kilo. Employees are always nice and helpful, they use good ingredients, food is good...but I really would like them to lower their prices just a little bit.More

Sadly I stumbled across Forna Brisa on my second to last day in Bologna. Lovely, friendly staff that are passionate about coffee, locally sourced produce and wines. I came in at a quiet time with 2 others and we were taken on a journey, through...foccacia, artisinal bread, coffee, craft IPA Beer and finally with a glass of local wine. All the suppliers are friends and their portraits are on the wall. Cool vibe, great eats and drinks and good music, there is nothing else I need to find my happy place....oh, and when I went in the following day - they remembered my name. Home away from home.More

Going inside, I knew that I wasn't going to eat an ordinary pizza but one made with particular local(/Italian) ingredients. So, I really appreciated this fact (let's value the products of the country) but I couldn't really like the dough: I mean, it's tasty for...sure, but way too soft to be considered a pizza; it's more like a focaccia. And, still considering the picked ingredients, the price are definitely TOO HIGH for such SMALL portions!More
