Very rude staff. Arrived at 3pm and asked if we could just get a glass of wine and was told very rudely "this is a restaurant, if you want a drink go somewhere else" A real shame as we might have gone back for dinner...later.More

Unfortunately, I realized late the attitude of that waitress. She was scolded, these things cannot be tolerated. Personally, as the owner, I apologize and, when you return to Bologna, go back to the Osteria del Podestà and ask for Fausto, the owner.

The restaurant is located in one of the typical crowded streets with many restaurants close to the piazza maggiore. We had dinner outside. The tagliatelle and lasagna were very good. We can recommend it.

The service is such that one wants to leave without ordering and the food - tagliatelli and Lasagna have no resemblance with good Italian cooking. Sorry we ate there.

My husband and I found this small Osteria and I was very happy. It was our last night in Italy and the best meal that I had the entire trip. The lasagna was unbelievable. The place is small, kitchen is upstairs and there is a...dumb waiter to bring down the plates. I watched a lady bring in a box of mushrooms and take them up. Fresh!More

We all enjoyed our meals. Good atmosphere and very reasonably priced. Good gluten free options. Quick service. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed the Tortellini with broth. I find the Spaghetti Bolognese a tad too dry but my wife liked it that way. I guess it's just down to their style and my personal preference. Small interior so you would be cosy up to the next...table. But it's quaint that way I guess.More

An older Osteria in Bologna along a strip of small establishments that spill into the street. Seating is tight, but it is good for a small snack and aperitivo before your main meal later on. The staff is younger (possibly students) and are reasonably on...it. The bruschetta had fresh ingredients and tasted very good. Our spritzes were mixed properly and tasted perfect.More

The restaurant was crowded on the Sunday afternoon in November when we were there. The food was very good (we had pasta). Tables are packed close together so the restaurant seemed rather intimate, but many people in a small area also made the restaurant seem...noisy.More

Good house wine, pasta, cured meats & cheese for a relaxing lunch. We were lucky enough to snag a table for four during peak lunch hour, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. also excellent people watching spot! Bon Appetito!

Family lunch today while visiting Bologna. Service was quick, good recommendations by the waiter. Fresh pasta, fresh bread (the flat bread was amazing), delicious antipasti. We would eat here again in a heartbeat.
