Realy cool atmospheric bar/bistro in an old renaisance chruch. Unique atomsphere at least. On the one hand you cant help feeling cultured and posh, on the other hand it is weard to drink, chill and party in a church. You wonder how the strong catholic...italians allowed something like that (very common in the Netherlands and England from my experience but not in the catholic and orthodox mediteranean sphere). Extra cool experience irrespective of what you drink.More

This cocktail bar inside a 16th century chapel is without doubt THE best in Bologna. We returned almost every night for a couple of superb vodka martinis before supper. The decor is so amazing, the staff really friendly, and a great sound track in the...background. We tried others, but, nothing compared....More

Only reviewing this as a bar which has a great setting. Large bar, tables along the wall, very helpful staff. Good tasting portions offered. Quite expensive and star rating for all the good stuff bar the price

We popped in here for after dinner drinks. A must visit whilst tin Bologna, as this is a converted 17thC chapel. It is incredible, the inside is beautiful. It was very busy, and also very loud, so better for the more younger generation I guess,...but well worth a visit.More

Menues were a disaster over New Year’s Eve. Who wants to eat dry toasted bread with some tomato’s topped? I‘m not a gourmet, and noodles with sauce would have been fine with me..

Read that this was an atmospheric place to have a cocktail so visited. It is correct. The venue is in what was once an old chapel, has very hivh ceilings and walls decorated with old murals. Excellent atmosphere.

Nice historic place, some frescoes on the walls. Good to drop by for a drink after dinner and enjoy some old Bolognese interior.

We loved the unique feel and atmosphere of this bar. They had some nice gins and solid cocktails. We did not have any food. We went 2xs. Service and drinks were very nice both times. Worth a visit. Check out pictures online

This is definitely a place worth visiting just because of the environment they have created. It is hard to find a bar like this anywhere else if you are a lover of classic architecture. It is a beautiful bar but you will pay the price...for it. Most drinks will run you about 8-14 Euros which is a little high compared to other locations. Drink are good but a little low on alcohol. I’d say it is not a spot to drink your night away but it is good to start the night or a good place for a drink after dinner. There are 3 different rooms and the main one is usually busy so try to get there at a non “rush” hour time. They are closed on Monday so keep that in mind if you’re in vacation.More

I thought that the decor and story behind it being an old chapel was really cool. The drinks were alright, a bit pricey but worth it for the decor.

The place is beautiful, the problem is the music, at least the day we visited it. We didn’ t try any food.

We came here based on recommendations from Trip Advisor and other friends. The interior when you walk in is impressive, made to look like an old church. It’s always busy, so it has a food vibe. However, we ended up sitting in the back room,...which didn’t have any of the historic feel of the bar area, and felt like any other place to have a drink. On top of that, my negroni was not mixed when it arrived, and so I ended up drinking our gin followed by pure Campari... not the most pleasant drink I’ve had, but the other cocktails were good. It’s nice for a novelty visit and drink, but we didn’t go back...More

I went with a group of friends, the interior is stunning but no air conditioning, in summer you can’t breathe inside, service was poor (bad attitude and both waitresses smoking where the entry is). Quite expensive Just a shame for a place like that.
