Best taglieri in Bologna! Located in the heart of the old city, with excellent staff and amazing wines! Highly recommended!

The restaurant gets very full and also has a full service deli attached. We were seated at a table by the bar and had great service. Our waiter was very helpful with ordering wine. We both ordered different tortellini's and were happy with both.
Average place. Was especting better quality of prosciutto and tigelle. It’s pricey and touristic. Service not coordinated..
We had cold plate with prosciuto, ham and cheese, lasagna and tortellini with ragu, with nice local red wine. Staff is pleasent, place is not small but it is rather warm (we sat near the entrance), nice experience, maybe a bit too much on the...oily side.More
Fresh, tasty, served with personnal touch. We stop by for genuine Bologna mortadela sandwich and loved it. We also tried one of Tamburini’s creazioni (inventions) and were amazed with the flavors. Try one of these warmed “inventions” and you will not regret it. Preparing the...sandwiches is the funny and extremely friendly Matteo. Grab your sandwich and sit by the tamburini (barrels) and have a beer or a drink enjoying others walking by in one of Bologna prettiest areas.More
Everything pretty decent but we ordered mix of salami and cheese as antipasti and then lasagna and tortelini as next course. Everything was brought at once- meaning we were left with warm pasta and cold starters. We ate pasta first and then finished with starter....That never happened to me in italian restaurant. Wine was ok but no price tag on the menu- it was 30+€/bottle. Server never visited our table again after bringing the food at once. We had to check out inside and pay the bill. Italians next to us were treated nicer. Food/wine was good. Thats it :)More
Amazing place if you love deli! We ordered two sandwiches, which were delicious! I recommend mortadella 'the queen of Bologna' :) The man who helped us to order was very friendly. But please note that this place is a self service delicatessen. On Sunday there...were a few tables outside; but on Monday there wasn't any table at all.More
We ordered beef Ragu and lasagne. What we got was a half hearted attempt at re-heating the food! Yes- the dishes were COLD inside. Awful example of Bolognese cuisine. Please avoid.
The out door space has small tables on top of wine barrels. They have an extensive menu, but most popular are the charcuterie plates. Filled with lots of tasty treats from the massive deli inside. Either before or after eating go inside to admire all...the displayed meats, cheeses and other dining options.More
I see some patrons had a problem with service. We did not have that problem. Make sure you check the hours and days that Tamburini is open and you should not have any problems. Many years' ago Lidia Bastianich on US television. said Tamburini had...the best lasagna in the world, so we had to try it. It was great. The food, service, great. Delicatessen in front of the restaurant, terrific. You must go.More
Walking past the deli a few times had really whet our appetites so we nipped in for a bite to eat. My daughter & I visited on a Saturday late afternoon & were seated in approx 10 mins. There is a queuing system & woe...betide those that try and circumvent this! Chose a table outside so we could enjoy the hustle and bustle. We had a charcuterie & cheese platter as well as vitello tonato, bread, wine & some water. The service was great & the food, wine excellent and reasonably priced. Would visit again.More
Tamburini has been around a long time and was the first place I visited many years ago in Bologna and this time it was not quite up to what I remembered. The quality of the food was fine, the service a little abrupt and perhaps...it was just a little tired. Views are great if you sit outside.More
very interesting variety of traditional cold meats and cheeses. I expected a better outdoor area, the tables are too crowded, I recommend only for shopping and take out, not for sitting there
When we went inside the rude guy at the door say that they are close in 15.00 and kicked us out speaking in Italian language. Stay away !
Maybe the owner only wants locals. When we arrived, the waiter snapped at another group. Kitchen is close! But we asked for Sri ja and that was possible. Then a local arrived and suddenly, only 5 minutes later, the kitchen was open for Italians. Strange....Right? Don’t’ want tourists? Take down the TripAdvisor stickers. Set up a sign, Italians only.More
