NOT IMPRESSED! $14eu for a bowl of ravioli in soup broth? $20eu for a bottle of low quality wine?? $6eu coperto for two people??? The owners/waiters bumped our table every time they walked by so I pulled it back thinking it was in the way but they still bumped it. One of them (the owner I think) dragged his hand... More

2 courses and a bottle of nice wine came to €120.00. Not cheap but it could be argued good value. To begin, it is an easy walk from nearby Ramada Encore saving a trip back into town. Secondly the food has integrity and could best described as fine dining. Its far removed form a local trattoria. Finally the front of... More

Visiting Bologna with my wife four our wedding anniversary,I was keen to find somewhere special to celebrate our 44 years! The menu looked intriguing so booked the meal.We arrived before the restaurant opening time but we're welcomed in by charming staff who settled us at our table with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine whilst they prepared for the evening.... The food here is great. Small exquisite portions but not over fancy or pretentious. The service was superb and good wines fairly priced. It is not a city centre location but worth the cab ride. The decor is nice but you come here for the food not the atmosphere or the location. A friend of a friend, the Professor at... More

Simple the best ....in Bologna. I was there last year in May,we had a business/lunch and was absolutely excellent from A to Z. Nothing to say about quality, service and ambient. If you are around Bologna it worth to stop here. Well done guy !!! A little note....maybe the wine list has a little margin to improve.

Very good mixture of traditional and modern Italian food. Great surprises come from Chef. I was the best beef I ate in Italy

The building was an ancient coaching inn 4 Km North of Bologna, but now the premises lack atmosphere, and the restaurant decor can be defined as "anonymous modern". The menu tries to satisfy too many tastes (modern and traditional, seafood and meat, haute cuisine and slow food), as a results there is a lack of personality, and very few choices... More

A truly great place. Simple decour, but you get surprised all the way through dinner. A waiter brings menu and you find yourself wanting to order the entire menu. Superb service with the waiter explaning in detail every single dish. You ask for a wine list and you get a quite heavy wine bible. When the first dish arrives, you... More

great reastaurant. I normally prefer not sophisticated stuff when I eat, and I do really appreciate our typical local cuisine, but the tastes association they do here is really a great surprise in your mouth! the ambient is moderately elegante. prices... in line with Bologna good restaurants, the service is good... and last but not least: wine choices is big...
