This is a nice gelateria with a wide selection of flavors. They also serve crepes if you aren't into gelato or just want to change it up a bit. The pistachio is wonderful along with their fruit flavors. (I am not a chocolate person so you will want to check out other reviews on anything containing chocolate.) They staff are... More

I've travelled quite a lot in Italy, and I've eaten a lot of icecream, but the Pesto di Mandorla that I had here is by far the best I've had!

The ice cream here is creamy, delightful, varied, delicious and dreamy. The service is prompt, kind, courteous. A great place to drop in for desert, after a meal in any place nearby.

Allthough the prices were higher then what I am used in Italy the icecream was delicious and the portions were generous. The interior design of the place looks very nice, modern and clean. It is a very good place to refresh during your walk in Urbino

So it is summer and you are in Urbino...you need to try the artisanal and original ice cram of La Romana. Hands down one of the best ice creams we have had in Italy, so in the world. The combination of traditional options with innovative ingredients is super. Enjoy!

The gelato is wonderful, here- but please also give the fresh fruit granitas a try- the best granitas we've ever had in Italy!

Great gelato for a good price. Workers are pleasant and helpful. Minimal Italian can be used. Small place so it can get crowded but worth it

Great place for ice. Lots of different flavors to choose from. A 'Must go' shop in Urbino. Now I don't want to write more, but TripAdvisor wants stupid 100.....

La Romana is a first rate gelateria and they seem to specialize in a few particulars. Seasonal flavors and a few of their own creations take preference. I had both a gelato and a granita. Both were superb. Judging by the steady stream of patrons I'd say they're the local favorite. In addition, they sit adjacent to the main square... More

This gelateria is very nice and the ice cream is a king. The flavors we tasted were great and very, very interesting. Definitely a good choice for a refreshing, delicious break.
