Osteria La Briciola offers the customer a high level experience at prices all in all affordable for everyone. The menu is very complete, but the Recommendation is to be inspired by one of their menus, proposed among other things really at competitive prices. In general, the thing that leaves me most satisfied is a punctual but not intrusive, attentive and extremely precise service. This attention makes the experience very accurate and complete. On the plates, we are very happy with most of the courses on the 5-course fish menu. On some choices, being the 5-course option the most complete and at greater cost, we are perhaps puzzled and obviously with subjective opinion. In particular, the white meat sauce is a dish that does not convince us completely. But going beyond the former, we remain extremely satisfied. The welcome is tasty and immediately you appreciate the excellent raw materials such as EVO oil to be the master. Choice and selection of bread extremely pleasant. Second delicious and delicious desserts. Overall a great experience, in hindsight I would have preferred to try 2 different menus, but it was worth it.

Our safe haven, where we return punctually throughout the year and where you find that tranquility that you experience at home with the addition of the attention and welcome of the staff, combined with all the culinary delicacies studied and taken care of down to the smallest detail! Every single dish is linked to a story and above all to an Italian and often Lazio breeder or farmer who creates his own unique products that "L'Osteria la Briciola" enhances in the servili... Affordable for all budgets, obviously linked to what you eat or what you drink, given that it has a well-stocked list of purposes for all budgets... Ah, if you really want to make a "ZOZZATA", ask for a bit of oil, obviously of good quality, which you can taste with their fried bread... the slipper when you feel like it... I feel like it! The dishes of typical Roman cuisine are no exception, from carbonara, to cacio e pepe or amatriciana and upon request the owner will not deny you a generous portion for the hungriest!

Osteria La Briciola has been offering us dishes of the highest quality for years. Starting from the small welcome kindly offered by the Osteria to the coffee, coming to eat in this restaurant is a guarantee of a unique culinary experience. The above-average price is fully justified, given the high quality of the raw materials used and the attention paid to every detail. The location is nice and quiet, but the strong point is certainly the food. Highly recommended

The relaxed and friendly atmosphere that can be felt at La Briciola begins right from the car park. The place is surrounded by greenery. Upon entering we were greeted with extreme courtesy by the young but competent dining room staff and by the attentive and expert owner, Enrico. We ate inside, appreciating the attention paid to every detail of the location, from the hook for hanging handbags (really a welcome surprise), to the comfort of the chairs, to the cleanliness and comfort of the bathroom. The flowers, the plants, the soft lighting, the paintings on the walls, the gentle music, everything made us feel pampered and relaxed. Let's get to the dishes: we started with some delicious amuse bouche: tasting of new oil (September, a very particular early harvest) with self-produced breads, FA-VO-LO-SI, in particular the fried one amazed us. The potato croquette with parsley sauce was also fantastic. My husband had a three-course seafood menu, really excellent, we were particularly impressed by the potato gnocchi, parsley chlorophyll and seafood. My mother and I tried some truly special tagliolini with white truffle and Normandy butter: the pasta was prepared with 35 egg yolks per kg of flour, the truffle was absolutely fantastic, delicate and very fragrant (and plentiful!). Also delicious were the pumpkin flan with amaretti and scamorza, where the broccoli counterbalanced the sweetness of the pumpkin, the sea bass in a bread crust, the roasted octopus on aubergine sauce, accompanied by a divine fennel and mint salad, and an opulent shank of lamb with pommes parisienne. We concluded with some stratospheric desserts, a millefeuille with buffalo ricotta and berries (the ricotta was softer and fuller than ever before), and spheres of tiramisu with white chocolate, strawberries and liquorice that really impressed me, especially for the skilful use of liquorice. Conclusion with the small homemade pastries, even those produced by the restaurant and not outsourced: a very delicate yogurt with persimmon sauce and small, delicious cream puffs. What to say? We will come back every time we need a "pamper"!

Style and elegance combined with the quality of the food. I'm from Tivoli and I can say that in the whole city there is no place of such elegance. From the prices written in letters on the From the menu to the small towels in the toilet nothing is left to chance. Bread always warm on the table thanks to candle burners...excellent selection of wines...delicious and elaborate dishes with imagination and respect for seasonality...cutlery changed for each course...excellent raw fish and plentiful in relation to the price...fantastic Piedmontese tagliolini with white truffle...the fish main courses are delicious but above all the julienne of fresh vegetables in mango sauce is superb. What to say? A perfect evening in a welcoming and elegant place. I recommend anyone who wants to make a good impression on guests to book a table in this restaurant!

We had dinner in this place just outside the center of Tivoli and we were immediately favorably impressed from the first moment we stepped into the private car park, finding ourselves in front of a welcoming, comfortable and well-kept place, as if we had gone to dinner not in a restaurant, but at a friends house. I found everything perfect, from the foods to the background music. Not to be missed was the tasting of the extra virgin olive oil (a squeeze of olive "cream") on the hot bread (arranged on a plate that maintains its fragrance) which the owner of the house, the very kind Mr., made us try. Ernest. Then everything else was perfect, allowing us to spend an evening of haute cuisine in total relaxation. Congratulations, in the future I will no longer be able to do without this gourmet restaurant. A TOP place that does not disappoint in comparison with the most famous names of Italian starred restaurants. Highly recommended.

It was an unforgettable experience in every way! We celebrated my 40th birthday in a beautiful private room, cozy and perfect to make us feel at home. The owner, very kind and always helpful, made everything even more special. Lunch was impeccable, with dishes prepared with high quality raw materials and a cuisine that transmits passion and love. The cake, in addition to being beautiful, was delicious, made by them thanks to the in-house pastry. Highly recommended for the excellent value for money. We look forward to going back!

Warm and welcoming environment, impeccable service. Freshly baked bread always served hot, tasting of 5 truly exceptional dishes. They don't have many seats, but this is also their strength, in fact you don't have to wait long between one dish and another and the service is therefore attentive. Very good desserts.

Very pleasant experience in this tavern in Tivoli. Dinner in two, welcomed in one of the rooms, I think the main. Pleasant to be immediately welcomed by the staff who was immediately extremely professional. Room manager then gave us menus and illustrated the proposal with attention to oils that are definitely the flagship of the place, you can in fact find a well-stocked menu. Excellent care also pert regarding the wines even if we were not provided with the card. We opt for the cold cuts platter that immediately shows a higher level than average with culatello di Zibello and cuts of mangalica, also excellent in quantity where today it is no longer a given. Following shank and their ravioli which were the only dish that I honestly didn't like very much, maybe lacked a bit more flavor and were a bit hard in some parts. For the rest all level, impeccable service, and value for money in my opinion even slightly advantageous.

Small but nice restaurant in the countryside with convenient parking. Cozy and elegant interior but not binding. High quality products such as extra virgin olive oil Coletta, homemade bread kept warm in the middle of the table, glass of Sauvignon Sesto 21. We divided into two truffle tagliolini (in sheets directly on the table), spaghetti alla mediterranea with cherry tomatoes and herbs. Then goose breast with green pepper with black cabbage and pumpkin flan on scamorza with crispy broccoli. Everything really great. We were offered a taste of dessert (persimmon mousse with apple crumble). Timely service. Adequate price (maybe the tagliolino at 36 euros is a bit 'exaggerated and then not being on the menu was a surprise!) We will definitely come back in summer to enjoy other dishes

Highly recommended: Kind from the moment we welcomed them, they kindly waited with my wife who I had dropped off near the entrance because it was raining while I was parking; 5-course land tasting menu, one better than the other, excellent, high-level raw materials, interesting combinations and refined contrasts, warm bread, hot serving dishes, good glass of red (opened in front of me), amazing desserts; Fantastic wine cellar. Very attentive to the service and our opinions. Well done. See you soon.

Excellent restaurant Quality cuisine, excellent workmanship and very well presented It wasn't the first visit and it won't be the last The host has undoubtedly invested in quality and has chosen an excellent chef It's a shame that his room helpers aren't up to par. Not presenting the dish means completely devaluing its value. A jacket and tie is not enough, you have to be prepared.

Came with my boyfriend today for lunch. As soon as we entered we were immediately greeted and then seated at our table. We chose the 5-course land menu and were extremely satisfied. Every single dish was taken care of down to the smallest detail and all the flavors were in harmony with each other! Even the bread they made was really good. Friendly and kind staff, especially the owner who was very helpful and attentive, keen to satisfy and ensure that the customer has a positive experience. I highly recommend!!
