The food was average and you could definitely find better nearby. The service was poor at best which really let it down. Very rude and abrupt staff, with the waiters not even walking all the way to the table to give us our menus and instead leant across and effectively throwing cutlery at us whilst laying the table. Would not... More

We visited this place together with my wife and son. I asked waitress to recommend something. It was steak al pepe. It was a nightmare, worst stake of my life. They did not ask if I wanted to have medium or well done etc. They just gave me steak which was at the same time well done, dry, slimy peace... More

Great family run restaurant. Homemade pastas are delicious as was the panna cotta. Lots of Italians eating here and restaurant gets busy after 8pm. Good value for money- would recommend.

Best restaurant between San Giovanni in Laterano and Santa Maria Maggiore. My wife loved her lasagna and I had a wonderful fettucine dish with truffles. The service was friendly and efficient. When we make it back to Rome we will be sure to visit again.

We were hungry after a day of travelling and were delighted to find this restaurant right next to our hotel. The minestrone was a satisfying start to our dinner with a variety of vegetables. My husband ordered the sea bream and said it was fresh and delicious. My lamb was slightly on the tough and fatty side, but my Roman... More

Not far from San Giovanni in Laterano and the main station. Not far from better restaurants. The place was suggested by friends.

This was close to my hotel (the Amalfi), and I ate here 3 times. I had the spaghetti carbonara twice- it was fantastic, with nice smoky bacon - with the inexpensive house wine. I also had the potato gnocchi; they were bland, but the tomato sauce was very flavorful. You can usually sit outside, as I did each time, which... More
