The pizza is not that bad, but not delicious and the staff's attention is quite rude. We expected to be treated with kindness like in other parts of Rome, but you say something to the waiters and they don't even let you finish your sentence.

Although the reviews are divided almost diametrically between the two "Appetito", I'll leave mine as well. Arancini at a price available for every budget. For pizza, let's talk about it. I tried the carbonara pizza for 25 euros. I found it good but not great. I think the price is out of the market. I tried it and I won't go back.

Super tasty pizza and a huge selection!!
Unfortunately you can only buy huge pieces, which are also expensive.
We shared “a piece” between two people and then had an arancino.
I will definitely go again :)

The lady tried to scam us by charging us 30 euro for one slice of pizza, two arancine and one suppli. When i asked to check the bill before paying she told me I cannot. After insisting, she then showed us the bill and claimed that she had accidentally charged us for two slices of pizza instead of one. Would not recommend this tourist trap.

It was a random stop, just to have a look. Then we had to try the pizzas. Got a selection and the toppings were just huge! The ingredients were fresh and delicious. Even the ones that were not hungry, ate the pizzas!
You can choose the size of your slice as it is charged by the weight. I can't remember the prices but whatever we paid, was totally worth it. I found the staff helpful explaining all the different choices and cutting the slices as per our request.
For sure going back there when in Rome. It did not feel like a tourist trap, it felt authentic.

The place was packed and there was a lot of confusion with paying a machine instead of a person. I got a few different arancinis and croquettes to walk around and eat because all seats were taken. The pizza looked amazing and had many different choices but I couldn’t find a seat so walking around food it is. The young lady at the counter said she would warm up my food because they are all cold. A few moments later she returned them to me and they were warm on outside and still really cold on the inside. I tried eating them like that but it was horrible. The line was still crazy so I just threw them out. I can eat cold pizza but not cold fried rice balls.

Charged €20 for 2 (large) Americano's and 2 small cakes today in Torre Argentina branch. Stupidly, just paid by card without asking the price, expecting it to be in or around a tenner and was shocked when asked for a receipt and they produced one for €20! Rip off. Avoid.
We had coffee and snacks in a number of places in Rome over last few days and all others were 'normal' prices!

We only stopped for a snack to go. It was our first taste of arancini, a breaded rice ball with a filling. The filling is tomato sauce, cheese and a number of other ingredients like anchovies, peppers, mushrooms etc. Essentially, it's a fried ball of left over restaurant ingredients. They are fantastic! These were around 5cm in diameter and maybe 200 grams. Three Euros ($3.28 USD) each, they filled a gap until dinner time.

Such a unique experience they weigh the pizza to charge you and it was excellent. We had some kind of balls that had rice, tomato and eggplant. Very good. My pizza was traditional with tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil. The Hubs got some with salami. Both were very good pictures to follow.

The food was second rate to everything else we experienced the 3 prior days we spent in Rome. What was worse than the food was the service and the ignorance of the staff - making jokes at the expense of the customers assuming we did not understand, when in fact we are 2nd generation Italians - that speak the language and understood every word spoken. Avoid this place as they do not deserve your business/money. So many better choices to experience the authenticity of Rome cuisine and kind people of this beautiful city.

Great pizza. Cheap beer. For sure reason the beer behind the counter was cheaper than the self serve cooler out front. Pizza for 2, 2 croquettes and 2 large beers for 23 euro. Can’t ask for more.

The pizza was ok,but on the dry side. I was hungry so didn't complain. The slices did look good. But I have absolutely no idea I paid, everything price related is so unclear once they cut the slice. They don't show you the screen of credit card reader neither... I guess it will be my little surprise when I get home and check my account.
Won't go back as it is too busy for real proper customer service, a shame.

The place is very clean and the food is just amazing. Recommend it ! The staff is very friendly and polite. They have the best pastry in Rome , and fabulous pizza, arancini e supli .
