The service at Babette was good -- very good, in fact, five star without a doubt. The outside dining terrace was most pleasant indeed. The wine list was pretty decent and reasonably priced. We chose an enjoyable Italian Riesling to accompany our dinner, and the starters and desserts were really excellent. Disappointingly, however, our mains ( a duck dish and... More

We at @ Babette on our last night in Rome. That ambiance, the service but above all, the food was exceptional. It is a special place for foodies with reasonable price tag!

This is the place for a special dinner (for adults, not children). Service and food were excellent as was the atmosphere of the outdoor dining area. Finally a basket of fresh bread and rolls that was worth the bread charge. It was fresh, soft, and warm and we could have eaten just bread alone. Their special cake was also very... More

Babette was recommended by a friend who had visited it several years ago. The restaurant is lovely and whilst the menu isn't extensive the food is exceptional. This is well worth a visit.

My lamb chops were delicious! I would have enjoyed more options on the menu. Our service was good but not great. Beautiful rustic decor! Yes I would visit again.

Not cheap but really good value as the food is amazing, by far the best meal we had in Rome. It was a fitting way to celebrate the life of someone who was very much a foodie.

Babette offered a pleasant "artsy" atmosphere and reasonably good service. However, the food was (as it should be) the best part. I had the duck with a "hint of foie gras" and a sauce of red berries. It was delicious. I also sampled a roast beef dish that consisted of thin slices cooked medium rare and found it to also... More

Very welcoming. We entered just as lunch stopped being served, yet they made us 2 wonderful salads, and the wine with it was perfect.
