You should book if you want to visit in the evening. But it's worth it! You can meet Italian actresses or singers in here! And both Massimo's are just incredible and very friendly! Once you come here you will never forget! And the food and vine are delicious!!!)))

Not a fancy restaurant, but a homey place serving locals and tourists alike. Off the beaten path, the Owner is very friendly and welcoming. Food and wine were delicious, a great evening.

Just off Piazza Navona, a real treat of culinary quality and genuine Italian cuisine. Do not miss the dolci. Be sure to book in advance.

One of the best Osteria in Roma ! The food is awesome and the people very welcoming. And in addition they did offer us the lemoncello and the grappa at the end ;-)

Not sure if it was because the owner was not there but the service was a bit chaotic. They brought three sets of dishes to the wrong table. Food was good, the turbot in thin pastry was fresh and moist. My friends really liked the place and would have given them 4 stars. Friendly service.

Tucked away in the backstreets of Rome, this is a real find. The welcome and service throughout is fantastic. The food is of great quality. The surroundings are comfy and traditional, a great location for a romantic meal. Reserve ahead or be disappointed! A must visit when in Rome.

I first discovered this restaurant years ago and then completely forgot where to find it, until i stumbled upon it again some time later. I don't go often, but for an intimate gathering where quality food and good wine are appreciated, i have never been disappointed. This remains one of my favorites in Rome.

I am so happy that this place lived up to my expectations. The service, quality and atmosphere were an absolute hit! Reservations are a must for this cozy, intimate Osteria. We were seated inmediately and promptly greeted by staff. We started with a prosciutto and melon and soute di cozze, both delicious and fresh. We split first courses of carbonara,... More

We went to this restaurant three times during our previous visit to Rome and loved it and it was definately on our list for a return. We got a table and settled down and placed our order. The food arrived and was good, the service excellent and friendly, The surprise came when the bill arrived and the two bowls of... More

When we entered this restaurant we were a bit hungry so maybe raising the expectations was an error on our part. The food was quite good, when we actually got it, however there laid the problem, dishes are served without order, different people get different courses at the same time, and some of the dishes didn't arrive till this moment....
