We visit typically 5 or so Michelin starred restaurants each year (predominantly in the UK and some in the US) - this was our first visit to a Michelin started establishment outside of these countries. Unfortunately we were a bit underwhelmed by the whole experience....We opted for the tasting menu (€100 each) and felt only one dish stood out. We received numerous amuse bouches which were enjoyable, and the courses on the tasting menu included some sashimi, beef tartare, lamb, agnolotti, sweetbreads and a condensed milk dessert. All of the dishes were enjoyable enough (the agnolotti was genuinely superb), however nothing else stood out...it was all a bit ‘nice’ rather than ‘wow’. The service was decent enough and the servers friendly, but below par for Michelin (i.e. our water was never topped up by the servers and napkins never folded after going to the toilet). The explanations for each dishes were sufficient but (and perhaps due to language barrier) never too detailed. The initial bread service which came only included one (admittedly chunky) piece of bread which just seemed plain odd given there were two of us. My other half also had the wine pairing which was essentially just glasses of wine from the wine menu. The wine was nice enough but nothing special for €55. Pours were on the smaller side and he felt the dessert wine was too dry to go with the condensed milk dessert. Overall, a bit disappointed. If the cost was half, then I think you would say enjoyable and good value. But at €100 each and for a Michelin star restaurant, we both felt let down.More

My daughter and I celebrated our COVID freedom by having the tasting menu and it was jaw-droppingly good. The service, as always, was a perfect blend of care and attention and friendly warmth. I don't drink but my daughter loved her cocktail, wine and post-dinner...whisky. We loved it all but the stand out was the lamb....but wait was it the delicate sweet potato sauce ( I had to ask for a spoon so as not to miss a drop)...or the Ravioli del plin stuffed with amatriciana sauce, pecorino cheese and crispy guanciale that popped in the mouth or the red onion, marshmallow. Don't miss it. Everyone in masks, hand sanitizer on the tables and good social distance. Enjoy.More

Besides a perfectly balanced Design, using both, historic and temporary elements, a professional service team, still with a big portion of mediterranean hospitality, the menu really surprised us positively: We had chosen the vegetarian menu, as it made us more curious and we have to...admit that every single course was wonderful. There is only one negative comment: To us, Rome is too far away to come back more often.More

truly great dishes, all worth Glass’ 1 Michelin star, together with great service and really nice location in the middle of Trastevere. A very nice getaway from traditional Roman cuisine, a little island of perfection to take a break from super lively touristic Trastevere

Friends recommended this restaurant and they did not steer us wrong; the food was absolutely amazing the pasta probably the best I’ve ever had. They have a very competitively priced wine list, great service and really interesting food would definitely visit again.

Four of us had a meal here on our last night in Rome. We each had the chef's tasting, which was slightly modified for my wife who does not eat pork, beef, or lamb. The meal was excellent from the amuse-bouche to dessert. We also...chose to have a wine accompaniment with each course and left the wine choices to the staff sommelier. Preparation, presentation, and taste were excellent. The wines paired well with each course. The service was excellent, as well. The staff works very well together as a team and were very attentive without being intrusive. We never felt rushed and stayed for two and a half hours. It is easy to see how they achieved their Michelin rating. Well wirth the cost!!More

A cut above all other restaurants in Trastevere. A bit tricky to find - we checked in daylight and once found getting back is easy. It is 5 minutes form the Ponte Sisto bridge. Lovely atmosphere with gentle lighting and perfectly pitched jazz mood music....We just had starters, main and desert, though they offer multi-course taster menus. I thought the staff were lovely; perfect english, quiet, careful and attentive. The food was delicious and often novel. Their signature dish of cannelloni with melted parmesan inside was bursting with umami and was unforgettable. It is expensive, but then again it is a Michelin stared restaurant in Rome. It is definitely worth the money.More

We had the classic tasting menu. Its very diversify and worth the 100 euro. We were very full and satisfied. Both of the ravioli are amazing and genius!

Looked at all the Michelin starred restos in Rome and decided this was the one we wanted to try. It did not disappoint. A parade of wonderful dishes mixing French and Italian cuisine. Fresh takes on foie gras (with a marshmallow), beef tartare, amazing breads,...and their signature 5 year old parmesan ravioli which we had with a generous cover of white truffles.More
