What can I add. Another fantastic experience at our favorite restaurant in Rome. From the moment of arrival, Simone greeted us as family and continued for our 2.5 hour experience. All entrees we have tried over the last 8 years, with each annual visit, we have never been disappointed. Truffles galore adorn most entrees here. We only had one meal,... More

My daughter and I visited the restaurant and were stunned by the delicious food and by how wonderfully friendly the service was. Amazing artichokes followed by excellent pasta dishes and an exceptional pastry dish for pudding. Minutes away from the Pantheon but run by a lovely family who were serving other local families. An absolute delight!

This is a small family run restaurant that has amazing home cooked food. WOW! I was blown away as just what I wanted to experience the pastas and any dish with truffles as their signature. The pasta melted my mouth and arugula & Parmesan salad that I started with with the balsamic Vinaigrette was delicious. The owner so involved and... More

My wife and I were give the name of Pietros by our concierge a few years ago and I still remember our dining experience. You will think your cab driver is lost as your driven down a narrow street but once you enter Pietros you will feel like your at home. Family owned and operated the friendly service was surpassed... If you like truffle this is the place to be. We ordered different types of pastas with the best truffle ever! I would highly recommend to go here for dinner. A true Italian mom and pop restaurant.

Wow, what an amazing family run restaurant. If you're a foodie and you love to find that gem of a restaurant with fantastic traditional Italian food, don't go past Ristorante Pietro Valentini. I visited this restaurant about 12 years ago and it was run by the parents at the time and I have been raving about it ever since. It... More

My husband and I have been here a few times. We have brought family and friends. No one has been disappointed. If you like truffles, this is the place to go. The food is excellent and Simona welcomes you as if in her home.
