My wife and I were staying at Lifestyle Suites and chose the tasting menu as part of our trip. Having read many reviews We were not disappointed and really enjoyed all our food together with the various accompanying wines. The staff were informative and friendly helping us have the most enjoyable evening. Well done Life restaurant

This restaurant is a perennial favourite. The food, atmosphere and service is consistently excellent. Our waiter Francesco was delightful and super efficient - nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing and well presented. Really good value for money. Will be definitely returning to this wonderful restaurant.

There are lots restaurants that should be on your GO list when traveling to Rome....Life should one of them. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the food is amazing! We went for Christmas lunch and we were made to be very special even though they were quite busy.

This place had one of the most beautiful interiors... the wait staff were fantastic and the food beautiful... the beef carpaccio with the truffles is a must.... it is out of this world. I had pasta with tomatoe it was simple and plain (and as we discovered as are most pasta dishes in Rome) although plain was beautiful. My husband... More

Last night in Rome, decided to treat the wife and kids to a degustation culinary experience. Read the reviews and knew I couldn't go wrong. On arrival, greeted at the door and our jackets and coats taken. Francesco our maitre'd introduced himself and kindly explained the types of degustations available. We eventually decided to have the seafood degustation paired with... More

My husband and I booked this place for a good dinner. It was very romantic and were went with a fixed menu that included wine. For about $100 each we had a 4 course meal that included dessert and wine pairings. The food was great the staff there were not that nice. Restaurant was very small but quaint.

Just lovely! And oh the food! Try the Carpaccio- we had several different kinds and all were amazing! Had a light lunch and the service was as wonderful as the food!

What a disappointment. We'd booked the tasting menu based on the reviews online and what looked like a great menu. What we found were a number of dishes that were very bland and either completely overwhelmed with truffle or under seasoned. I am normally a fan of truffle but the dishes on the truffle menu are so heavily covered with... More

Buongiorno, we have the pleasure to inform our kind customers that on New Year's Eve we have served one 6 courses fish tasting menu and one 6 courses meat tasting menu at the cost of 150,00 euros per person (beverage not included). The first menu was prepared with the best quality of fresh fish coming directly from the auction of... More

Well located close to Piazza di Spagna. Nice design, great and efficient service. Truffle menu is a great option but not only. Large wine list allowing a perfect wine pairing. A great spot !!

Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
