Was referred to this café by our hotel when we asked for great cappuccinos and pastries. Disappointing and expensive. Have had far better during our stay in Italy. Weak cappuccino and factory made croissants.

Yes. Tuxes are de rigueur. There are two areas, the outer where you stand, and the inner seats where you pay more to sit down. The latter is highly recommended.
