This is a classic Italian restaurant with wonderful alfresco dining and inside dining. The wait staff is old time Italian waiters who know their stuff. I had the veal chop and it was fantastic! While we dined a local vocalist set up outside the restaurant...More

Our hotel recommended this spot as a reliable spot for "traditional roman" food. Not at all the case. We were seated at 7:30 PM before the evening "rush", however, our meal was erratically paced, mains arrived cold and then took 30 min. to deliver appropriately...More

Excellent food in a lovely restaurant and even able to sit outside in November. Very good choice of meals and both of us in our party were very impressed and pleased with our choices. Very good service and great flavours and helpings were plenty. Would...More

Our friends suggested we meet here for dinner on our first night in Rome. It was a warm evening and the temptation to eat outside was great, but sadly quite a few people were smoking so we went inside. It is very close to the...More

Although others have complained about the service, we were quite happy to be left alone. The waiter responded immediately if motioned to, but otherwise didn't hover or rush us. I had read about bread being charged for (not sure if just here, or all over...More

Although the food is acceptable the service is horrible. Our waiter was very rude and I wouldn’t recommend because of that alone

This is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant. Like many neighborhood restaurants in Rome, it isn't huge. It has a romantic feel to it, very intimate and special. Diners aren't hurried. We found the food to be excellent in quality and preparation, yet the cost was not...More

Food was delicious. We also tried one bottle of recommended red wine. Service was a bit slow. Located in the center of Rome.

Stopped here for a light plate and a bottle of wine after having been to the Spanish Steps and shopping. The Piazza is magnificent and the view worth it. The service, however, fell short. Have a cappuccino or glass of wine and soak up the...More

Yes, they had different fish, steak, etc. Not sure if they have gluten free pizza/pasta. It’s very common now in Italy for them to be aware of food restrictions so I don’t expect that you’ll have a problem in this type of... More
