This is the place for perfect pasta in Rome. As good as it gets. In a wonderful neighborhood of Rome, this traditional restaurant serves excellent roman cousine. Great experience!

This is a charming place, not touristic and 100% for locals. Service is nice and the food is outstanding. My Carbonara Pasta was incredible good and tasty.

Where do I begin? Once we arrived we were seated on a cramped table with a dirty tablecloth and were handed menus by an older gentleman. We ordered a bottle of wine which was pleasant. Little did I know it would be the highlight of the entire meal! My partner's starter arrived 5 minutes before mine, by the time I... More

Great traditional Italian restaurant in the heart of Rome near the Vatican. Loved the Italian staff, the food was superb as was the wine which was a reasonable price as well. Go for the mixed antipasto, the artichokes were just delicious as was my desert. I will definitely revisit when back in Rome.

This is a traditional place for Roman food: do not expect anything refined and do expect some noise and occasional confusion... But the food is very good and the service is courteous and at the same time a little bit rough... --- Roman style!

Very disappointed. The restaurant was very busy and tables close together. We were constantly knocked by waiters pushing past. The battered anti pasta was good. The abbacchio al forno was quite good. The service was very abrupt and slow. The bill had a cover charge and an extra dish we never ordered. When we questioned the bill they were argumentative... More

11 years ago, we had a fantastic night at this restaurant so we were very excited to go back and have another great evening. Upon arriving we were treated with complete disdain, we were seated outside which we were very happy about and that was about it. We had several people who "waited" on us, only one of whom was... Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
