Nice spot for a classic and refreshing gelato! There was no line at all and service was very quick. Price is a little high considering that portions are smaller here than in other places. The pistachio gelato is always a good choice.

The gelato was pretty good at Venchi although it did have a heavy taste of chocolate, which is understandable given it is a chocolate shop.

This became a daily routine whilst in Rome and Venice! Just amazing. The best gelato and sorbet I've ever had. This place is a must have!

Ice cream was ok. Nothing amazing. Price was expensive for what you get. Very busy so service wasn't fast. Right Near Pantheon so good if your in the need for some sugar before touring the Pantheon.

I was very impressed with large variety of gelato flavors (see my photo and pick the one you like). I am not a huge gelato fan, especially, in the winter, so tasted some mouthwatering chocolate truffles instead and bought a bar of Piemonte Nocciolata to...bring home. They also offer beautiful boxes of chocolates which make a great gift. You can also buy Venchi chocolates in FCO on the way home.More

So many tasty flavours to choose from. Even the smallest size (piccola) has a generous serve of 2 scoops. Highly recommended.

We tried a number of gelatos while in Rome, but Venchi's was the best! Needless to say, their famous chocolate, of course, is also exquisite! We went to the shop on several occasions, and the staff was always kind and helpful.

You've never tasted pistachios until you have their pistachio gelato! Totally delicious and melts in your mouth. There's also a Venchi in the Firenze train station :)

The best tasting gelato in Italy! And the chocolate is not bad either. Have a cone and dip it in chocolate and nuts! Amazing.

Very close to Pantheon is a store with great (but very expensive) ice cream but unfortunately with the worst service ever. Too much success? A pity.

Staff were so rude and unhelpful. Were speaking to each other while serving and no politeness or manners. Ice cream was nice but i’d avoid this shop if you want a nice experience. RUDE UNHELPFUL IGNORANT
