It is a tiny coffee shop behind Bocca della Verita'. We visited this pastry and coffee spot based on all the great reviews Good coffee but we feel like it's hyped. We've had better in Rome. Almost all customers around us were tourists. The place...is so small that it was not possible to move around. To pay at the cashier, choose your pastry and then go to the counter for the coffee was a big challenge. The cappuccino was good, the croissants were sold out at 10:am and the pastries were just too expensive. We bought only one, one bite size, tiny, and we did not like it. Too much hype, too many tourists. There are two tables with chairs outside in case you like the sun and want to get some suntan. We will not go back.More

Great selection of cakes and delicious gelato. Very cheap as well and the staff were very helpful and pleasant offering gelato tastings when I couldn't make my mind up.

Tremendously enjoyed coffee and sweets at San Teo in Rome. We felt it was the most delicious coffee of our stay in Rome.

We were strolling around the area when rain set in. Luckily, this little cakery was there and we were having a break. What can I say: the surprise of the day. Marvelous cakes, coffee and all that makes your sweet heart feeling better. A definite...must when you are in Rome and require a rest.More

SanTeo was around the corner from our AirBnB (which was AMAZING). We visited SanTeo almost every day. From cappuccino to espresso to cannoli to croissant, we enjoyed every sip and every bite. The staff are friendly and courteous. If you are in the area (say,...walking near the Circus Maximus or exiting the Forum), stop here for refreshment.More
