We visited Homebaked and sat outside eating a delicious chicken quesadilla and chicken salad wrap. The food was served quickly, staff friendly fluent English speakers and the Americano coffee was hot & fresh. Exactly what we were after! Highly recommended.

Had a great breakfast here! Very much recommend the bacon fingers - trust me just get them, they are fantastic! The man helping us gave a great recommendation for a restaurant in Florence that was also really good. Very comfortable and casual.

This was the best American breakfast that i’ve had while being abroad. I felt like I was back home at my favorite New Jersey diner. The pancakes were so fluffy and the fresh squeezed juice went with it so well. I’d come here every morning...More

Jesse’s place is big time! Quaint and cozy, his American treats and dishes and orders makes one feel like you’re at Main Street USA at Granny’s & Pop Pop’s. Better believe it’ll be a staple from now on for me and my family.

The food was as good as I expected if not better! The only reason why I am putting a 4 is because the guy attending in the front desk (i think the owner) was not very attentive or nice as most of the reviews say...More

Homebaked is one of my favorite places to grab lunch between classes since it’s so close to The American Univeristy of Rome. The owner, Jesse, is from the US and is always there to greet you when you walk in. I usually have a salad...More

If you want a true American breakfast in Rome this is the only place to go. We visited a bunch of different places that said American breakfast but didn't have it. This place is right by the American University here and a great change of...More

Above the city on the Janiculum hill, Monteverde is
Rome’s popular "getaway" neighborhood, coveted for its
greenery. Rome's largest urban park, Villa Pamphili,
is the area's centerpiece with affordable prices and
peace and quiet. Monteverde is just far enough away
from the center to feel like you’re on a Roman holiday
and close enough to feel the lure of Rome's chaos.
Though its downside is the lack of scheduled public
