I wouldn't say that it was something special or to remember, but probably because we ate ice-cream only in the best places in Rome. So it's hard to judge, when all of them were amazing. I would say: just try some new tastes, than your regular ones. Because if you are not an Italian, so You haven't ate the real... More

If there's one thing to say about this place, it is that it is the place to be for both locals and tourists alike. This is one of the best places in the area to go for gelato. It is also a quite popular hangout for young adults in the evening. So if you are looking for great gelato and... More

I've never had "real" gelato before, but this was delicious! (PS they accept meal vouchers, if you're a student) I had a "Regular" (3 euros), with half stracciatella and half arancioccolato (I think that was how it was spelled, I forgot to take a picture). They were both SO DELICIOUS, and for those of you that don't know, that is... More

The moment you walk into Gelarmony, you can tell that it's a true, traditional Italian gelateria. The worker was really nice and insisted I try a couple of flavors before ordering. I went with a small cup of the pistachio and dark chocolate, which were both amazing. However, I may need to get a bigger size next time - the... More

Gelarmony is located just near Via Cola Di Rienzo.... perfect location for shoppers! Their gelato is made with natural ingredients and it is absolutely tasty. Highly recommended are the pistachio, nocciola and cioccolato di Modica... just what the gods ordered!

This is a great place to grab a really good gelato and a dessert of some sort. I've had much better cannolies but there pastries were vast in selection. They have an extensive choice of gelato and I found it to be really good

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
