Two of us had a mixed chopping board, a white focaccia, a veal tomahawk and a Bova's menu. The rib of beef was salty and the side dishes on the menu were practically non-existent as well as the side dishes that accompanied the tomahawk. I discovered this excellent restaurant almost by chance. After an afternoon of shopping at the nearby Castel Romano outlet, I was looking for Burger King. Luckily my eye fell on this nearby restaurant and, intrigued, I consulted the menu with my family.
The place is nice and the visible butcher's counter is always a pleasure to find in a restaurant.
We were craving sandwiches, and we had the pleasure of eating excellent sandwiches, with quality meat and expertly prepared.
I had a tasty California Burger, my wife the Black Angus burger and my daughter chose a "personal composition" which they kindly granted us, a fried egg and bacon burger. All accompanied by very good chips, 2 cokes and a bottle of water, total 41.20.
Very kind staff, Mr. Giancarlo was really fun with my daughter.

The meat eaten was certainly good and well done but this ristopub can grow and from time to time with a greater attention to service and therefore to the customer.
If I order a sandwich at the plate I expect to have the same ingredients as the sandwich....
Mine lacked sausage and the potatoes from "baked" became fried. Dirty fork but replaced well. It is a sort of challenge to assess whether it suits your needs.

I went for lunch, I'm pregnant and all the staff were super attentive and available to satisfy my needs dictated by the moment. They advised me to choose the best cut of meat that would allow for complete cooking and remain soft and tasty. What can I say, an excellent lunch, I will definitely go back and I would highly recommend it!

Terrible sandwich, had nothing that made sense, “bacon” looked like a double bacon, fat and raw and mostly still with skin and hair (of the pig). Cheddar that wasn't cheese. The burger is called a smash but is compatible with that of a crushed supermarket. The bread is sweet and extremely soft, like eating a brioche for breakfast. Very clean place and really excellent meat, whatever dish you eat is truly delicious

We found this grill place by accident while visiting Castel Romano.
We had the Country set grill: a 500gr sirloin, potato and vegies for 14 euro.
Good value.
We'd hope it would have less fat, but it was a sirloin after all.

I love it, it's worth the wait! We have tried almost all menu and the best one is "street". It's tenderloin with high quality meat, the texture, the taste, and the aroma is excellent. So far this is the best steak in Rome for a good price.
