This is my second time writing a review and probably my 6th time visiting. We always get the mixed cheese/salumi and bruschetta board and it's always been creative and good with lots of fresh seasonal things. This time it just felt boring like they were phoning it in--really hope it was just a fluke.

Dry pasta straight from the microwave, wine served in a plastic glass. I am not going back. I wonder how they got a high ranking.

This was recommended by Roman friends and I was glad i stopped by. It is a great little spot with good craft beer local wine. They will make you a platter with meats cheese jams and local organic spreads. All very unique tasty and affordable.

As you stroll around Trastevere, if you feel somehow hungry and ready for some tasteful bites, this is your place. Excellent organic cheese and salami, great fresh salads, local sauces and a nice variety of wines and drinks are the offers, in this small but picturesque bar with less than five tables available. And the best: you can also buy... More

In the heart of the city centre is a good stop for lunch or aperitivo. The staff inside is really nice and the food is really what an italian person expects to eat. I advice to ask for the "bruschette" and wine! Enjoy!

A very low key place, but if you are in the mood for something different-the meat, cheese, and bruschetta plate is a nice change. We enjoyed the wines and the waitstaff.

This place is amazing! Great beer and the coolest owner. Just all around great people. And the ambiance is just right. Enough bustle to be interesting but quiet enough to hold a conversation. Very creatively laid out and furnished. 5/5 would recommend to a friend.

This place was so charming and the food was all organic and delicious. Our guide informed us that each morning, they get their greens, meats and cheeses from local suppliers and prepare the menu. We had a selection of meats & cheeses paired with red wine, along with their homemade honey & jam. it was really wonderful.

Had an amazing aperitivo here, all ingredients are fresh and the flavours are great. We shared one food board in two which included different cheeses, hams, salami and bruschette.. The owner is kind and very informative. Lovely little place with craft beers.

Staying in Trastevere

Neighborhood Profile
Trastevere
Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded postcard, a little worn around the edges but still charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of entertainment - a rotating set of street performers entertains almost every night, and unforgettable eateries and bars pepper its piazzas and side streets. For a trip to the past, visit the southern and western flanks of Trastevere for pockets of yesteryear, less traversed areas with a residual 1960s and 70s Roman vibe.
