Really nice gelateria in the neighborhood of Garbatella. They use only natural products and they have also some peculiar tastes. They are always friendly and the gelato is really tasty!

We had gelato several times in Rome on our recent visit. Then we came across Cremeria Alpi as we were walking around shopping in Rome. The actual location we went into was Via Sistina N. 5A. This little shop puts out an incredible product. I had the chocolate which flavorful and creamy. The other 20 or so flavors also looked just. Very friendly person at the counter

I was touring the up-and-coming/trendy San Lorenzo area of Rome last weekend. The area is really cool. Great trattoria's, pubs, and pizzeria's. What I enjoyed the most was the lack of tourist traps.
