This restaurant is down a tiny alley (Vicolo Rosini) near Parliament Square and requires some searching. It looks like a dive with kitschy decor (walls and ceiling painted with vines and flowers, lots of memorabilia on the walls) but the food is well worth the...More

This restaurant is so busy, that one has to book a table several days in advance Be sure to do so, and You´ll get a lovely, inexpensive meal in charming surroundings. They make the greatest tiramisu! They do NOT accept creditcards.

Aldo is still going strong! A must for dining when in Rome! I suggest asking Aldo what to have and don’t even look at the menu.

A very small restaurant hidden in an alley near a Montecitorio. The place is amazingly old with beautifully painted ceilings. The walls are covered with all the VIPs who ate there. The food is traditionally Roman, very fresh and well presented. The waiters are so...More

We were recommend this trattoria by our hotel and it did not disappoint! All the food was amazing, in particular the pastas we had – amatriciana and the carbonara. It certainly looked like the place was full of locals, not tourists like you see in...More
