We came here for a quick lunch. Service was too quick as we were served our food less than the time it takes to boil pasta....this already made me suspect. We ordered a plate of penne all’arrabbiata which appeared to be reheated ( I have...lived here 18 years and can figure out if I’m eating freshly cooked pasta or not). My sister ordered polpette and the were bland and served on a bed of wilted lettuce. Good points are that the location is excellent.More
This wine bar is lovely, very small with a couple of tables but doesnt feel crowded. We sat here for a wine before dinner, nice glass of wine on recommendation by the barman! Would definitely come back!
First time we visited was amazing - wine, staff, music and atmosphere awesome. We were looking forward revisiting but then had the most appalling service of our trip so far. Waitresses couldn’t care less, empty glasses at all tables and openly hostile looks. They were...helping themselves to wine and snacks but didn’t care to offer customers any service. Would not go back a third time.More
For as sweet as the place looks, the quality was not as good as expected. The wine we chose was good but the snacks were average at best. There are better places nearby but this one is cute to look at.
We found this bar by chance whilst looking for somewhere (not too expensive) to have a drink near Piazza Navona. It appeared to have quite a selection of wines but we enjoyed a beer and soft drinks whilst sat at a table outside (although it...does have quite a small frontage). There is also a food menu but we did not eat during our visit.
The lady who worked there was very pleasant and helpful, appearing to be cheerful with all her guests. It is in a reasonably quiet street with just the occasional car passing by, trying to manoeuvre around the pedestrians.
If I was in Rome again I would come back here.More
We had to wait a while for a table to seat our family (6). Thinking it was crowded because of the delicious food....but that wasn't the case. It is a good stop to have a drink or two, but that is all. Out of 6...meals, there was only 1 that was "good". The rest couldn't even finish their meals. I'd like to say maybe the chef had a bad day....but we were very disappointed.More
