Hands down the best gelato we've had in Rome. Cornetti also very good. We stopped for gelato a half dozen times during a two week stay. Highly recommended.

Our hotel set us up with complimentary breakfast here. Croissants are to die for. Try the chocolate. Also the coffee and cappuccino is as good as any in Rome. We also enjoyed focaccia ham and cheese sandwiches and excellent gelato.

School kids getting their morning kick, office workers coming in for a brief chat, municipal workers taking their first break of the day. A great spot to see how the cafe culture really works.

Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is
the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in
a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is
a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and
wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every
