Despite being so close to the Vatican Museum (super touristy), this charming little place made us feel like we were locals and part of the family. Family run, they are all so warm and welcoming! The food is delicious (I have the penne carbonara and my husband had pizza)....they were so sweet they just presented us with an AMAZING dessert,... More

Came with dad mom and sister after our visit to the Vatican museum. Service was beyond excellent and gave us lots of freebies like dessert, mandarin oranges and liquor as a palate cleanser !! We ordered the veggie soup, lasagna and carbonara and it was amazing !!! All our food and wine only cost $35 Highly recommended !!!!!!!

After spending hours in the Vatican today we came out starving and wanting food pretty quickly. We found this little restaurant by chance, the food was outstanding ( pizza and pasta ) complementary bread, the best dessert we have had in Rome yet and chocolates. A family run business who were all friendly and welcoming, 100% recommend it

It was our last reataurant during the recent 4-day stay stay in Rome. We were a group of 8 people and the restaurant was almost closing after lunch, BUT they accepted us and it was an excellent experience. Really nice, family (like) restaurant. Everything we orderd was served very quickly and everything was very tasty. Salami served before the lunch... More

Having spent hours visiting the Vatican Museum and Sistene Chapel we were really in need of food, wine and seats as we headed down the street to St. Peter's. .Thanks to TripAdvisor we realised that we were only steps away from this restaurant. We were really surprised at the quality of the food (sometimes restaurants in touristy places can be... More

Amazing service, fantastic value, great food, what more do you need for a place to lunch after the battling through the Sistine Chapel? We have no problems recommending this place.

They treated us like family, the lasagna is a must get. The carbonara is nice but was a little dry. Big portion sizes and must recommend for quick and cheap eats.

The waiter and the price were nice. The food quality was perfect. The food portions were big. After and before the dinner we got surprise, there were ham and cheese appetizer and after some chocolate and traditional italian snaps. Next time we will visit them again! :)
