I was so looking forward to coming here, but it turned out to be the worst experience in our 3 weeks in Rome. We had 4 adults, 2 children, and a baby. We waited in line before being seated inside. It was 101 degrees during...the day but was probably about 90 outside at this point. The air conditioning in the room was broken keeping it at about 95-100 degrees inside. I approached the man you sat us to ask if we could move to another room or outside. He first said, “f$ck” when I reminded him we had 6 people and a baby. Then he said “go stand over there” while he shooed me with his hand to move across the street. I said, “um, no…” He then shooed me again and said “just go somewhere else.” I was flabbergasted and frankly enraged. I then took our baby outside while the rest of our party ate as quickly as possible to get out of that room. After they paid our bill (without me eating), I approached the man again to tell him that I didn’t appreciate the way in spoke to me. He got extremely defensive and sarcastically kept saying, “oh yeah, I’m terrible” as he rolled his eyes. When my brother in law told the manager or owner what happened, he wasn’t apologetic and didn’t seem to care at all. This place is a total tourist trap. Even if the guy wasn’t incredibly rude, the food was still mediocre (according to my family who ate it fresh and me who ate left overs later). There are so many other wonderful places in Rome to get delicious fresh pasta with friendly servers and attentive owners. This place is not at all worth it. If you do decide to go, avoid the 5ft tall guy with a man bun.More

The food was incredible. We got there at 12:05, right when they opened for lunch on a Sunday, and they didn’t have a wait. A line started to form around 12:30/45. A little pricy but well worth it.

My friend and I visited here to try the famous fresh pasta where you can see the ladies make it in the window. We waited roughly 20 minutes on a Saturday night for a table which wasn’t so bad. Once we ordered the food arrived...very quickly. Portion sizes are perfect and the food itself is fresh and beautiful.More

I’ve been to Rome twice in the last two years, both time I’ve returned for a dish of carbonara. Best thing you’ll ever taste! I came once in off season and once during the hottest tourist season, would recommend making a reservation or just waiting...for a table. Food takes a bit longer to serve because it’s handmade (which they do in the window at the front of the restaurant, so cool!) & a popular place, service is expected in Italy (slow & not exactly warm) but it has been my favorite restaurant here and the pasta is worth is.More

After a 30min wait in a line in front, we were seated by very friendly staff members. We had a seat next to the pasta makers inside, which was a pretty unique experience. Ordered a carbonara and cacio e pepe and were more than satisfied...with both. Very delicious, nice sized portions, very friendly staff and fast service. Loved the ceramic cups and plates. Well worth the wait and the 17€ per portion.More

The food was delicious!!! The pasta is soo good one of the best in Rome, the quality of the pasta is soo good, I wouldn’t say the sauce was something extremely special but the quality of the pasta is amazing, the waiter was very nice...and the customer service was good, no problems or issues, defo recommend going at a quieter time as the customer service will be better as they do get quite busy as popular dinner times!More
