I had apple and ginger and I can still taste and feel the sour tang of the apple and the heat of the ginger; subtly delicious. They're very good. Try them.

We are addicted to ice-cream in an almost pathological form, and we have tried millions.... We have tried almost all the ice cream shops in Rome. We were strolling around the neighborhood and needed some refreshments. We decided to pop in for something sweet and...fresh. It's an extremely small shop but there is good variety of flavors. Gelato tasted fresh and was the perfect treat from the hot sun! We had dark chocolate, pistachio and marrons glacés (candied chestnuts). The latter one had a strange color, a light pinkish shade, was tasteless and sugary, but I found inside a little piece of 'ordinary' chestnut (not candied in sugar syrup and glazed). They should have put a different label, "chestnut" in fact. Marron Glacé is a totally different thing and its taste is unmistakable. All in all, it is a good enough ice cream, but not as good as its hype. Service was OK, prices are on the high side. We really didn't understand why it is more expensive here. For the location? There is no seating area inside, but they have two small benches outside.More

I am from Rome but live abroad since 10 years. Every time I get back in town, this is a must stop. Definitely one of the best gelato shops in the city and in Italy. I am a gelato lover: here you can taste the...high quality of their ingredients. Creme based gelatos taste amazing but when it comes to fruit, there you understand they are using real fruits. And sometimes you can see the fresh fruit delivered to the shop. Simply amazing.More

We were staying nearby, and only discovered this place on our last day. The person behind the counter spoke english. We had the granitas. I ordered the passion fruit granita which was perfect and the others lemon granita which they loved. The best experience was...sampling one of their creations which was lemon and orange with hot peppers. I was provided a sample, it was incredible, first taste the tartiness and suddenly the heat of the pepper hits you, talk about creative.More

The gelato and granita were absolutely delicious. It was the first time we tried “granita di mandorle” which is Almond Granita. It was excellent. I asked the lady behind the counter to describe what was in it. She was kind enough to explain the process...of making it to me. Wonderful customer service!More

Wanted to try “the real Italian ice cream “ and this one was recommended by a local. The ones I tried, spicy ginger and creamy hazelnut, didn’t disappoint. Both very different and so good! Unfortunately they didn’t have seats at the gelateria.

It’s hard to pick a Gelateria because there are so many, but we landed on this Gelateria that was delicious and creative with their flavors. Highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed this quaint spot. It was in a great location and we liked the flavors. They also offered many deserts.

We found this place while walking from the Jewish Quarter to the Pantheon, per a local Roman's recommendation. I think it is a stop on a food tour as well - for good reason. It was the real deal! Cannot recommend highly enough!

When I got here, there was a street food tour at the same time & quite the queue....but it was totally worth the wait. I asked what was good....and quite rightly was told all of it! I had Caramel, Choc Chip & Rum & Raisin...(which was the absolute best!) A perfect treat on a hot September day.More
