Lasagna= oh yummy (not an American portion, but a decent and healthy italian one) They have an interesting beer menu. Waiter was busy but uber-friendly!

We stopped in for a quick lunch, pizza and lasagna. Food was wonderful, prices were extremely reasonable. Beer was tasty and icy cold. We wanted dessert and our wonderful host Mobarak recommended the house specialty… Gelati with espresso. Outstanding!! We would highly recommend when you visit the Vatican area, and we will certainly be back!

A nice little cafe next to the Vatican. While waiting for our transport to the airport, we sat down to have a coffee. We tried the capuccino and caffe latte - which, unfortunately, were only warm, not hot. We also had the chocolate muffin which was great!

Hubs and I stayed in a convent very close to St. Peter's and we were looking for a place to eat that wasn't too expensive. We were pleasantly surprised by this cafe. The food was good, not great or super delicious, but it was a good choice, specially considering that I have severe shellfish allergies and finding a place with... More

The food in this café was beyond average. I could tell immediately that my husband's pizza was frozen vs fresh, and my pasta was bland. Too bad this was our first restaurant of 16. It was by far the worst.

My daughter and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat after a long day of traveling. She ordered pizza and I had a sandwich. The pizza was tasteless and the sandwich had semi-melted cheese, wilted lettuce and one sorry tomato. The sandwich looked like it had been made a couple of days before. We finished up this experience... More

I'm honestly shocked to see there are excellent reviews for this place. Maybe my wife and I were there on an off day, but I'll never find out otherwise because I don't plan on ever going back. My wife and I each ordered sandwiches and a plate of Mediterranean pasta, arancini (rice ball with cheese), and I ordered a caffé... More

My husband and I went here for lunch our first day in Rome because it was a few blocks from where we were staying. I got a sandwich, poppy seed loaf, some type of salami, maybe, and arugula, and my husband got the tuna pasta. The bread was delicious and fresh, and my husband's pasta was amazing. Simple, penne pasta,... More

Sandwiches are good, coffee is good, deserts are good, prices are good, location is good. All this makes this place perfect. Limited English among personnel doesn't count.
