Had a few drinks and bites here with two great people I met on a cooking trip in Italy. It was actually a suggestion from our guide and the place did not disappoint. Food was good, the wine even better, and my friends also enjoyed their cocktails. The place itself is very cosmopolitan, doesn't look like your traditional Italian eatery.... More

Beautiful place! Great food, nice ambiance, good music! Friendly staff. It feels like glamorous Dolce vita. The prices are not cheap but are still affordable. I loved their home made bread

What I like about the cafe is the stylish wholesome atmosphere. The waiters, the interior, the selection of food - everything makes an accomplished picture

Great chic lunch spot, less than 5 min from the Colosseum, but off the tourist track. Nice menu selection with traditional Roman dishes, but also a mix of international as well. Reasonably priced for Rome.

We found this place very charming! We discovered it through the Michelin-guide, and went here after seeing the Colosseum (2 minutes away) The "parisis egg a la croc" starter was excellent, although so was everything else we ordered. Very pleasant staff! We highly recommend this place :)

It's very easy to get disappointing food at a reasonable price in Rome. This is not the case at Caffe Propaganda. We spent about 70 euros and had a really nice meal for two with desserts and drinks. The place is classy and has a really nice atmosphere. Highly recommended for a special meal out. Be sure to save room... More

A good place which you can spend a nice night in. Elegant atmosphere, not too noisy and perfect location. People are kind and the wine menu is huge. Definitely one of the best pubs in Monti.

We visited here early afternoon for a cold beer after a long morning at the Colosseum. We ordered the beer that was on tap only to be told it was off. We were offered an alternative in a bottle, assuming it was the same price. How wrong we were. Incredibly expensive. Not sure what the fuss is about with this... More

This was a great find. Variations on Italian cuisine with fresh ingredients and very flavorful. They also had a great bar with an exceptional selection of bourbon, scotch, and rum.

Quite a "groovy" cafe with lovely staff, nice atmosphere - airconditioning! - and a great cocktail menu. Also excellent menu with a small but intense range of tastes to accompany some of those delicious drinks. Well worth a stop, in a very interesting neighborhood of understated excellent bars and restaurants.
