We decided to go to Alfredo e Ada based on a friend's recommendation. It did not disappoint! I'm glad we read the reviews ahead of time. The restaurant opens at 7 pm and we got there about 6:55. There were already 10 people in line. The restaurant seats maybe 20 people total and one waitress takes care of all the... More

Great, authentic home cooked food, lovely atmosphere, super waitress (who manages the dining room single handedly), exceedingly good value for money, menu changes each day, lovely cold beer. We ate here twice and were made to feel very welcome. Recognised the second time and handed a cold beer each by the smashing waitress, to enjoy while we waited for a... More

Amazing and authentic italian food. Loved the atmosphere. It's also ridiculously cheap for what you get.

It's not easy to find and it doesn't have a sign. And I think it seats about 20-22 people. BUT, if you are lucky enough to get there in time before it's packed solid, consider yourself lucky! Because it's wonderful! Order what they recommend (it's ALL good) and watch in awe as a single waitress (in our case) manages an... More

This restaurant was recommended by our Airbnb host - we would never have found it otherwise. Amazing place, delicious but simple food. Fantastic ambiance and great value.

The food was great here and the atmosphere easy and relaxed. The fact that staff didn't stand at an open door trying to drag you inside, as is the case with many eateries in the area speaks volumes. Also inexpensive!!

Nestled in the narrow streets of Rome is this quaint little gem of a restaurant. You will need reservations, but well worth it! The waitress greeted us and we were immediately served chilled water and liters of red wine. She recited the entrees for the evening and we all ordered different dishes and shared. The artichoke lasagne is to die... More
